Not very welcoming and friendly, but efficient. Their office/waiting room was under construction during the time of my visit. However, no alternative waiting area was prepared - such as chairs outside. Main technician was very good. He quickly patched the ding, and was experienced with the work/explained the process clearly. However, I felt a greeting and fairwell was missed completely from the office associate and 2nd technician, who passed a few times but did not acknowledge any customers.

Absolutely fantastic work. I decided to go with Tri-county auto glass because they quoted me a good price, and were really professional on the phone. I’m so glad I did! I was a little confused at first why it would take 3 hours, but the owner explained that it is really important to let the windshield to adhere properly which is why they keep the car a bit longer to make sure the installation is perfect and safe. In my case I was extremely grateful, because the previous owner had installed the wrong windshield and did not use adhesive on the upper half causing a leak. I have used Tri-County twice now. The first time to replace an obscure window in the back of my camper van. The second time to replace the windshield with an OEM part. I attempted to have Ford fix it for me. After 3 calls and 45 minutes on the phone, Ford finally let me know they could order the part; but it would take 3 weeks and they couldn't do the install. Tri-county had the OEM windshield in two days and had it on in 1 afternoon. I chose to have them install a third-party vendor window for the tinted obscure window in the back of my van to save some money. It has been over a year with no problems. And, you could never tell that it was not a factory window.

Replaced the windshield of my 2015 Honda Odyssey. Good price, friendly service, and we’re able to replace it quickly. Jodi responded quickly to my quote request and were able to get me in the same week. The morning of the replacement I had a problem with my battery; James and the team at Tri-County Auto Glass let me replace the battery in their parking lot, called the mechanic next store to see if they could help me, and even loaned me some tools to replace the battery. They were kind, courteous, and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely come back again for any and all repair needs.

I made an appointment to bring in a specialty car that has undergone a high end restoration. The installer was really rude right off the bat and was angered by the fact that I had a specific simple request about the installation (applying sealer in the corners). It ended up being a total waste of my time for what was really actually a simple job. James and his guys are awesome! Had a big crack on my windshield, and needed to have it replaced. I did go through my insurance, but the out-of-pocket prices they gave me prior to choosing to go through my insurance were very competitive with other glass shops in the area. They ordered the glass and had me in and out in one day. I would 100% recommend Tri County Auto Glass to my friends and family. So thankful for the work these guys did and will definitely use them again!

Everything was PERFECT! My passenger window was shattered during a trip to LA and I needed to get it replaced ASAP. I live in Goleta and called 7 different auto glass locations, no one else had a Yaris window in stock. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. They're located right behind the French Press, it was a great place to wait. They even vacuumed out the rest of the glass bits I couldn't get to, without me asking. I'll recommend them to everyone in the future!

A leak in the back window of my car was pouring rainwater into my back seat, and the dealership wanted $120 just to diagnose what the problem was. The guys at Tri County looked at it for free, and fixed it for less than the dealership wanted just to look at it. And they did it next day. It's been a few weeks and has rained multiple times and the back window is still dry as a bone. They were also really friendly people. I've recommended them a bunch of times now.

WENT TO ORIGINAL SHOP NOT THERE MOVED TO LAST SHOP I WENT TO & HAD BAD EXPERIANCE,WAS SCEPTICAL BUT WENT FOR IT THEY SOUNDED LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT THIER DOING ,GOT OUR WINDSHIELD INSTALLED LOOKED GREAT ! WENT DOWN SOUTH ON EXPRESS WAY,HEARD LIKE A BEE SOUND ,WELL BY THE TIME WE GOT THERE ONE OF THE SIDE PANELS POP OFF I WAS FURRIUS,TOOK CAR BACK ,THEY STOOD BY THERE WORK & FIXED IT NO QUESTIONS ASK.TEST DROVE CAR QUIET AS IT SHOULD BE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!
