Had my window broken out while in LA this weekend. Tried to book an appointment with other places but didn’t get an answer or couldn’t get an appointment until next week. Call HR Auto Glass at 8:30 this morning and had an appointment for this afternoon. Hilario was wonderful. He Came right to my place of work and replace the window in about an hour. Window looks amazing and it was about $90 cheaper thank Safelite quoted me. Absolutely fantastic work. I decided to go with Tri-county auto glass because they quoted me a good price, and were really professional on the phone. I’m so glad I did! I was a little confused at first why it would take 3 hours, but the owner explained that it is really important to let the windshield to adhere properly which is why they keep the car a bit longer to make sure the installation is perfect and safe. In my case I was extremely grateful, because the previous owner had installed the wrong windshield and did not use adhesive on the upper half causing a leak.
