Diamond Auto Glass

Affordable, quick, and good customer service. I used the Yelp app to ask for quotes from 5 different businesses. Fanar was the first to reply with a quote. I waited for the other businesses and read the reviews posted on their Yelp page. At the end of the day, I decided on Diamond Auto Glass for 3 reasons: 1. Overall Yelp rating is 5 stars. 2. It had a familiar Elite Yelper who recommended the place. 3. Affordable I read in previous reviews that they came to the house, Fanar scheduled me to come to his business. I was quickly greeted by Fanar when I arrived. They were working on two other cars when I parked. Sanda and Basha worked on my car. I waited in the office and watched them work. They were pretty quick, it took less than an hour. The window is not the same brand as my car but looks like the original window. My brother was able to Facetime with me and check out their work, he said it looked great. There is a warranty on the window. I hope that I don't have to return again but if I do I know where to go!

UPDATE: Man of his word, polite, on time and great work. I am by no means an easy person to please, but they did it. They replaced my windshield and even sorted the gaskets K wanted. They take to heart their lifetime warranty as they came and fixed the issue. No ifs ands or buts, they simply stuck to their word and did it. Turns out the minuscule gap was not the problem. It was the bolts that were missing, but they were replaced and my problem is gone. Good men and good work, would recommend them to anyone and look forward to future business with them. They left a gap between two gaskets and now I have constant very loud wind noise in my cabin when going highway speeds. They also didn't put back all the screws they took out. They are polite but the wind noise is my main issue with the service, driving my car is very annoying now.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I can’t express how much I’m thankful I came across Diamond Auto Glass. First and foremost my guy Brian gave me the best service ever from the initial phone call and keeping up with me via text and phone calls because I was all over the place at first, he stayed patient very humble and great customer service at its best. He was very into his work did it with passion and was on time, the work was quick 45mins if even that. I rate this 10 stars if they had it available. Fast and convenient at a VERY reasonable price. Don’t hesitate go ahead and set that appointment to get your car serviced you will be satisfied. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER will use them in the future. This is a review only of customer service as no work was done. Labor Day weekend out of Towner. My power window on driver side refused to go up. Leaving car at hotel/beach parking was a no go for me. No one else picked up or laughed at me hoping to get an appointment that day. Not diamond auto glass. He was flexible and willing to meet with me. Of course my window started working right before heading there. He still met with me and did some initial tests. Told me he sees this occasionally when they install a new power window and it needs to be reset. He didn’t charge me and wished me a happy Labor Day. CANCEL YOUR SAFELITE APPT! Do you and your wallet a favor by choosing Fanar and Diamond Auto Glass! I hadn’t researched at all and just blindly booked an appointment with Safelite. Luckily, they canceled last minute. I still really needed to get my windshield replaced and went on Yelp for quotes. Fanar responded Immediately. Other quotes from different businesses soon followed, but Fanar’s remained the best. He was able to book me a same day Mobile appointment. The communication throughout the day was great. I can't express enough how satisfied I was with the service ! I called Ryan at 4am expecting to leave him a voice mail, but he picked up and was super professional. I told him the make and year and he gave me an appointment that same day at 3pm . I didn't bother calling around because what he quoted me was so cheap. He came on time was super respectful and professional !! My car was inside my garage which was a mess, but he worked around all that. He was super super professional, fast, and finished with a very clean job. 5 stars all the way ! Will recommend this local business to anyone.

Diamond auto glass was way beyond my expectations. I messaged through Google and got replied within few hours with very reasonable quote (I had 5 different quote and they gave me a far better price than others) we’ve got our appointment next day. A guy came to my place on time, took him about 45min to install like he said before installation, he stuck with quote he gave me as well. Who installed glass was really nice and friendly. TL;DR - Ryan fixed the windshield. I would recommend him to others. Ryan came out to take a look at my wife's SUV (BMW X3). It's an expensive windshield to replace ($1600-2200 dealer quote). It was a small repair about the size of a quarter. After looking at he said it was about an 80-90 %chance to fix, the repair could make it worse. If he couldn't fix it he would not charge me. He's very honest. I said go ahead. About 20 minutes later the repair was done. No problems. I would recommend Ryan and Diamond Auto Glass to anyone.ServicesAuto windshield repair

Someone broke into my car and destroyed my window yesterday. I called Ryan and he provided me with the exact window I needed and Chrysler original for a great price. He came all the way to my home to fix it with no extra charge and I left the key, and the money in the car. I didn't even met him. When I came back from another city my car was looking just like before. In this case no one else could've beaten the price, time response, and trust he offered. Thank you Ryan!

When my windowshield was broken, I called the shop to get an estimate on how much to replace the windowshield. The owner Brain gave me a very fair price and immediately replaced with a new one within an hour. I was very impressed by how quickly and nicely the windowshield can be replaced and reinstalled to the perfect shape with very low cost.
