Centurion Auto Glass of Roseville and Granite Bay

Craziest thing happened to me on my way home from Reno. Driving 70 mph Southbound Interstate 80 through Auburn when all the sudden a huge bird like a wild turkey or a goose came right at me and smashed in my windshield. The hit was so loud and frightening covering all of us with glass powder. Made it to the next exit where I found a car wash with a vacuum and a safe place to rinse off all the glass and vacuum the inside. This is a real emergency my wife and daughter were totally traumatized. It's 4:00 in the afternoon on a Friday and now I'm calling to find somebody that could possibly install a windshield for me. First call was to Safelite and they could not help me in the slightest. Next call was to Centurion Auto Glass where a man named Moe answered my call. I told him I need somebody to install a glass right now. He gave me a phone number of someone in the area that could possibly help me. I reached out to that shop and he said yes he could install a windshield but I had to be there in 20 minutes so I agreed and began to drive towards that shop. Bumper to bumper traffic for miles. I hit every red light. Took me an hour so by the time I got there everyone had gone home for the weekend. I understand totally I have been in the automotive repair business most of my life and trying to get any work done at 5:00 on a Friday it's just impossible. I'm now debating whether I could try and drive this truck with a shattered windshield 120 Mi home at night. My phone rings and lo and behold it's Moe from Centurion glass of Roseville. I couldn't believe it he called to check on me to see how I was doing. He could tell by the tone of my voice that I was at my wit's end with the situation. He suggested I check into a hotel nearby his shop and first thing in the morning he would go to his supplier and pick up a new windshield for my truck and install it for me while I wait. He took down my VIN number to make sure he could get the exact class I needed. He explained to me the Lane assist option on my truck requires calibration and he has the necessary equipment to do the job. I mean this was a godsend. I mean I really needed help. I carefully navigated my truck to the hotel near his shop and was able to rest easy after having such a constructive communication with a real professional... next morning everything went as planned right on time Moe immediately got to work and my truck was a mess. I sat in his comfortable air conditioned waiting room.. periodically through the process Moe would come in and check on me and let me know what's happening. Bird Parts blood and feathers were stuffed in my headliner and glass was everywhere down my vents all the way to the back seat. It really did not seem very long before my truck was returned back to me in pristine condition. It was like a miracle a real end to a nightmare. Beautiful brand new Crystal Clear windshield installed and my Lane assist feature recalibrated and all the debris and bird remains were completely removed. He stuck to the reasonable quote he gave me the night before on the phone. He rightfully could have charged a lot more with all the cleanup involved. Moe is a skilled professional and I highly recommend his service. He treats all his customers with respect and explains all their options clearly. It is rare these days to find a Tradesmen like him. We are new to the area and have been so impressed by the kindness and hospitality we've encountered. I needed my windshield repaired and after carefully reading reviews, I chose to contact Centurion. I'm so glad I did. From the time I called to make the appointment, Mo was professional, courteous and accommodated us the next morning. When we arrived, he offered us coffee in a very clean, and nicely designed lobby. He told us about the different restaurants we could visit in Downtown Roseville while we were waiting for the window to get repaired. His service was top notch, well-done and in a timely manner. The new front window was beautiful and the window and labor charges were fairly priced. We left there very happy with the service. Unfortunately, later that day as we were driving on the freeway to visit my Dad in the hospital, a rock hit our window, creating a chip! I was devastated but contacted Moe to see if there was any type of warranty. There wasn't but he was so kind and offered us half off his regular price for chip repair. We took the car in the next morning for repair and he took care of it right away. As we were about to pay, Mo said, "don't worry about it. It's on me." I was taken aback by that level of kindness. He expressed that he felt bad that it had happened so quickly and it was his way of helping out. As a small business owner who really loves to support small businesses, this really made my day. Mo has completely redeemed my faith that good old fashioned customer service is not dead, it is alive and well. The roads in California can be brutal-so we know it's not if but when we need window repair...We will be back. He has earned us as loyal customers. We will be taking all of our vehicles to Centurion when we need window repairs and highly recommend them. I would give Centurion 10 stars if I could.

I went in for a chip in my windshield to fix it before it got any bigger, but he informed me that there were actually 3. My family is leaving for a trip next week so we really didn't want to drive it and risk a crack. Was gonna be $80 for just one, but for all three $140. Probably the best prices you'll find and competitive too. Safelite was gonna be $208, but I am so so happy we find Centurion. He goes above and beyond, so kind and hardworking, keeps you informed and checks back in with updates. Running an honest business, so genuine and you won't find customer service like it just anywhere. My family will be coming back for any autoglass issues we have, and as a woman I can fall victim to being overcharged so I felt really good about my experience here. I sent a $20 tip with my payment because he was so honest and really cares about you as a customer. Thanks again!

We bought a 2003 BMW z4, and have been working on restoring it. The windshield was the original, all scratched up and hard to see out of. Two times in a row, Safelite got the wrong windshield for our car and wasted our time, so I was fed up. Called this business after, not expecting the results we got. I called around 9:30 this morning, the owner found the glass, picked it up. We dropped off the car at 10:20, and it was done by about 1:30pm. On a SATURDAY! Professional, friendly, fair pricing. I highly recommend taking your vehicle for any windshield issues to Moe at CENTURION AUTO GLASS. The turnaround time for repairs quite expedient. There’s a lot of auto glass companies locally and I’m sure if you do good work, but none compare with CENTURION AUTO GLASS’s extremely low prices. When you couple the high quality of timely service with the low prices it’s a win win for the customer. Some of the services they provide is rock chip repair windshield replacement, and mow, even does recalibration for windshield sensor system at half the price of what a dealer charges.
