If you are in the Roseville area and in need of auto glass repair or replacement, I cannot recommend Exceptional Auto Glass enough! My Fit had a crack about 2/3 the length of the windshield, so it needed to be replaced. I found Exceptional Auto Glass through my insurance and I can see clearly why they have the highest rating out of all the auto glass shops in my area! When I spoke with them, I was able to set an appointment around my schedule for the next morning and was told it could be a little over an hour for the service. I waited there and was out (paid and on the road) in less than 40 minutes. When I got in my car after, I found it cleaner than I arrived - they had kindly removed the trash and vacuumed my front floorboards (a step I feel really went beyond my expectations). I've been to one of their competitors to fill a chip before, but the service there was basic, served with a side of attitude. At Exceptional, however, the staff are friendly and answered my questions without hesitation or judgement. I was given the recommendation to come here by Justin's car wash to fix cracks in my windshield. Before arriving I checked the online reviews that were very good for this business. When I arrived, I found out the bigger crack had spread too much to be repaired. However, the shop Said they could get me in the next day to replace my windshield. They told me just what I needed to do with my insurance and they handled the rest. The technicians were very personal and professional. In less than 3 hours that next day they had fully finished the windshield replacement and the realignment of my adaptive cruise control. I liked that I was in and out in so little time because time is valuable. I checked on the wait of a 'big name' competitor and they were going to have me wait over a week just for them to look at the vehicle. I'm glad I took the chance with trying this place out. It was a pleasure to work with Exceptional Auto Glass to replace my cracked windshield! They deserve every one of their 5 stars. They ordered the new windshield and installed it the next day. It is great to be greeted warmly like your business is appreciated. I learned a few things from this experience. If you contact your insurance company first you will most likely be directed to the one glass company that is contracted by the insurance company. Almost all insurance companies use the same vendor. Fortunately I had already read numerous reviews and I didn’t want to go with a 3 star company. Do your homework and read reviews. I contacted Exceptional and they walked me through the insurance process which was just one phone call and then my insurance coordinated with Exceptional Auto Glass. When you take a rock on your windshield, it’s an unexpected pain in your schedule and your wallet so why not go with a highly rated, knowledgeable and cordial company like Exceptional Auto Glass. I highly recommend them!!

From the 1st contact contact on the phone all the way to the end of the transaction this was an incredibly professional, efficient, excellent experience. I cannot overstate how much we recommend Exceptional Auto Glass enough. My driver side window mechanism failed suddenly. I wasn't sure if the glass had cracked and fallen through or if the regulator was broken. We called Exceptional because my husband had recently had a windshield repair there. Within 10 minutes we drove to their shop, we were met at the front door by the owner who was able to assess the problem on the spot. He immediately called to order the part from his supplier and had a working window regulator within 2 1/2 hours. The owner even took the time to point out a tiny tiny scratch. It is barely visible but yet he took the time to point it out.. As far as the window goes you can feel how sturdy this new mechanism is If you value excellent workmanship, a good value, and small local business then look no further.

Another year later and another update: the roads sent another present to the windshield. Once again in and out with free chip repair without an appointment in and out I under 20 minutes. Who does this! Just amazing service. Update: I would add another star if I could. Got a chip in the window and took them up on their free chip repair with windows they install. In and out -- without and appointment -- in 20 minutes. The window is back to like new again without the chip. For the price I paid to have the window replaced, it is unexpected to also have free chip repair. Previous review: Just amazing. They know what they are doing and have the tools to do the full job. No hidden charges. Other places I called gave me lower quotes but those quotes didn't include the lane departure calibration the car would need and suggested I take the car to the dealership for that piece.

So we have been dealing with AAA and Safelite auto glass for a few months. Safelite does not stand behind their work and when contacted to fix their faulty installation, we were refused. Finally got AAA to step up and get another glass installation which was performed today by Exceptional Auto Glass. Sal was Exceptional, no pun intended, he went out of his way to find us the correct OEM glass that Safelite could not do. His shop is so clean and his staff is only there to provide the best customer experience possible. Why go to a company like Safelite who couldn’t care less about the customer experience when you can go to Exceptional Auto Glass who makes sure that his customers are completely satisfied. I’ve come here for the last 6 months for windshield repairs. They are great and very professional. I must have brought them 5-6 vans foe repairs so far and will not go anywhere else. These guys are solid and do quality work. I also did a windshield replacement on a 2020 Ford transit 250. They have the best price in town with calibration for the camera / lane departure system. (I don’t know the technical term, but everywhere else wanted to charge a separate fee doe this, which ran from $200-$299). Stick with Exceptional Glass and you won’t have to deal with such fees. We got a chip in our windshield on our way to do errands, so I figured I’d try to find a place around the area we were going and see if they could fit us in on a Friday afternoon. Sal got us in immediately and the windshield chip was repaired in less than 30 minutes! He also pointed out that we had 3 other small chips in the windshield and he took the liberty to repair them all and didn’t charge us for the additional chips. He was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and delivered efficient service. I had a rock chip repair done on my Subaru WRX. My car only has 6k miles on it, so I was a bit upset and at a loss on what I should do. Thankfully, I did some research and found this place. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and accommodating. Despite being a bit flustered and unprepared, the staff here talked me through it, I got the chip repaired and it's significantly better than it was. This is the best auto glass shop by far! I had my car broken in through a passenger window in Bay Area. I called Exceptional Auto Glass on my way back to Sacramento. They ordered the glass and were able to fit me right in. My car was fixed within an hour on the same day! Sal gave me few safety tips when in Bay Area and made me feel very comfortable while waiting. I totally concur with many reviews about the cleanliness of the shop and high level amazing customer service. Sal and the team, you set the bar of professional knowledge and amazing customer service very high! I highly recommend this business for your auto glass needs.
