I recently had my car broken into and was in a tailspin of panic. I called around asking for quotes on getting my front passenger window replaced after a "smash and grab". All the businesses I contacted quoted me at least $450 and would need to be scheduled in advance or wait for parts. These guys are different. I spoke to Jeremy on the phone was one of the friendliest customer service people I have ever come into contact with. Then, Victor came out and fixed my window within a couple hours of my calling in, with a professional demeanor that put me at ease. They also charged me $261 + Tax, $200 less than the other businesses out there doing the same service. I would definitely recommend that anyone needing a window or windshield replaced use this company. They are based out of Berkeley CA but came out to help me in Sunnyvale, which is almost 2 hours away in traffic.

I HAVE to give 5 stars. My husband and I JUST bought a new car within the past month and we went for dinner last night and someone bust our rear window. My insurance people were gonna have me paying $4--500 and I would have had to wait until Monday for service. I called around different places and came upon any hour glass and Thank God. I spoke with Jeremy it was near 9pm he was able to get me an estimate within 20 mins. I went ahead and confirmed my vehicle information and address. They came our next day AT THE TIME RHEY6 SAID THEY WOULD. I didnt have to move my car. They vacuumed my whole car!! Even where these wasnt glass. For there at 120 he was done at 2 on the dor!! Amazing service! Very polite and even answered questions I had about a different area of the car. awesome awesome!! Def Recommend. Oh yea and price $288!!!

I highly recommend ANYHOUR AUTO GLASS. I had passenger side and rear quarter windows smashed on my BMW. I initially thought of Safelite who had replaced my windshield before, but the wait was 10 days to get an appt to take it to their shop, home repair would take longer! ANYHOUR was able to fix the next business day and they came to my house. Two techs did the job in about 90 min. It cost nearly $100 less than Safelite. A bonus is ANYHOUR actually calls back quickly so you don't have to deal with automated phone choices. Overall a win-win. They responded very quickly, arranged an appointment very quickly, and went above and beyond to fix our rear window! Freddy, the specialist who came to fix the glass, was very personable and professional. When it turned out that a part of the rear windshield wiper was stuck, I had terrible visions of the cost and difficulty of getting a new wiper - but instead, he temporarily installed the glass so we'd have a rear window, took the part home and got help from a friend to get it apart, and came back the next day to install everything. Just a really good person going out of his way to help. Couldn't recommend any more strongly - a really trust worthy company.

Jeremy of ONEHOUR AUTO GLASS replied to my call in the middle of the last Saturday night and scheduled the replacement of our car’s broken glass very early Sunday morning not only quickly and efficiently but very politely as well and, I would add, at a very fair price (half of others we checked). I had the best experience working with them. Incredibly responsive, easy to communicate, received very competitive quote and appointment scheduled so quickly. The technician came to us and fixed two of our back passenger windows that were shattered when steer parked (including that little quarter window in the back that’s harder to fix). Helped clean up the glass that was everywhere inside. All fixed in a little over an hour. It looks perfect. It was completed within 15 hours of contacting them. Amazing! Not sure why you’d go with anyone else! Highly recommend!

These guys were great! Thirty minutes into arriving into San Fransisco and parking, my passenger side window was smashed in. I originally scheduled an appointment with Safelite. but when I was going to be 20 minutes late thanks to traffic, they told me that I would have to drop off my car and leave it for a whole day non guaranteed. Posting this review because I appreciate the honesty in an often dishonest industry. I needed a windshield replacement with a bunch of sensors. He said he could do it, but I would need to bring it in to the shop to program the sensors and quoted me ~$800, but he actually recommended I go to the dealer. I had several other quotes for $300-500 from people who said they could do it at my house and now I'm really glad I didn't go with one of those and have all my sensors not work.

I could not have been happier with the service. Repair man showed up exactly on time at my unusual location on yerba buena Island. this company came through for me within 24 hours when all of the other big companies failed. Repair was perfect. Fantastic attention to detail. Even vacuumed every drop of glass out of my car. I certainly hope I never have my windows smashed out again, but if I do I'm definitely coming back to this company for the repair work.

These guys are great! I needed my windshield replaced so i could leave early the next day on a planned road trip. Everyone was closed after hours except for #anyhourautoglass. They sent Jeremy to the rescue! He came out and replaced my window within 3 hours! They were polite, fast and priced fairly.
