Suad is passionate about doing a great job. Someone smashed the front passenger window on my Mercedes SUV. In the wee hours of the morning on a Sunday, of course. I called probably 15 places to get it fixed. I discovered that basically, if I didn't want low quality glass, it was going to take a few days for anyone to get it. Suad thought he might be able to get the glass on Monday, since he does so many Mercedes repair jobs for the dealers. He called me back Monday morning to say he could get the Mercedes factory glass and fix it that day, which was amazing, since even the high quality non OEM glass was going to be a couple days from everyone else. He doesn't normally come up to Palo Alto, but had to go to one of the other dealers further north (Ferrari or someone?) so said he'd come by midday. He was great about updating me on his arrival time. His actual work was impeccable. He was really careful to clean up all the glass that was still in the car, despite my attempts to vacuum. He checked the repair thoroughly and it's been great - nice tight seal with no air noises or leaks. He clearly has very high standards and takes pride in doing great work. He was also lovely to talk to while he was doing the work. I will totally drive down to Campbell to use him again (though hopefully I won't need to.)

Windshield cracked on my Lexus in late December. My insurance sent me to safelite. Told me it would be a week so made appointment, then read the reviews. Absolutely not touching my car. I canceled. Suad installed the windshield in my LUV truck last year so I called him. No problem. Suad haggled with my insurance company to install OE Lexus windshield rather then generic brand. Took two months but finally arrived. Being I work and can't get to his glass shop during the week he graciously agreed to replace the windshield on a Saturday. Had to be done at shop for calibration, otherwise could have been done where I work as Suad is also mobile. All I can say is thank you Suad. It was a bummer driving a new Lexus with cracked windshield. As good as new now. Highly recommended. Suad is professional, proficient and great service.

I was very happy to find Exel and have work done on my car. My car's rearview mirror just fell off, the car is a 20-year-old E39 and the glue lost adhesion from age. I tried to glue it back on myself, but it only lasted a few days. I looked for a local shop to do the work professionally and found Exel who operate near me. They are very responsive and did the work quickly, on the same day, and on my driveway! I watched the work being done and it was on a completely different level to doing it myself ... they had all the correct glues and also fixed everything back at a professional level. My car windshield had developed a crack during a roadtrip and I was looking for place to get the replacement. Along with windshield replacement, my car also needed a sensor recalibration (Audi). I looked for a lot of places until I found Exel Autoglass and Suad. I had given Suad a call to talk through the replacement process, and he was very patient and answered all my questions. He even handled the process with my insurance and got my out of pocket reduced to zero for OEM glass. He is extremely knowledgeable and has training and experience to deal with german cars, especially sensor calibration. I called Exel because I wanted to support a local business instead of putting up with the hassle of a big national chain. One of the 6 chips in my 2008 Mariner's windshield had finally turned into a crack. Offered me upgraded autoglass with 4 inches of blue tinting at the top. I have missed that feature so much in newer cars. We used texting to confirm appointment details and he came out to my house, on a Saturday morning. I was very grateful for the flexibility.

I gotta tell you all!! After having no luck in finding a company who had my size window, I felt stuck.😪 Until I called exel autoglass😌.
