I called these guys on Wednesday and they were at my house 3 hours later. It was only $180 so I thought I scored a deal on my 2012 civic windshield. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that despite the current Covid epidemic, they showed up not wearing masks. (I’d like to note that the person I talked to over the phone wasn’t the person that showed up, apparently one of these guys is his brother) Later that day as I was driving, I noticed everything outside the window looked warped but I figured it might be a cleaning solution they put so I waited the recommended time before washing the windshield. On Friday I jumped on the freeway and heard whistling from the top of the windshield, I put my hand on top and sure enough there was a gap that they left. Cleaned up the windshield and found that the glass they installed was also warped. I called the guy up and said he’ll replace it later that day or the next day. It was getting late so I texted him and he said he’s going to come to my house personally the next day morning and if it’s exactly how I describe it with no damages caused by me then he’ll replace it. The next day I still had heard nothing from him by noon so I texted him and he said he’ll be here by 2. Around 1 pm he texted “we’re on our way” but it was the same two guys that installed it on Wednesday. No sign of him! They inspected the windshield and one of the guys noticed the very obvious fact that it was deformed while the other guy tried to play it off that he didn’t see anything. Again, no mask but they ended up replacing the windshield. I noticed that when they removed the glass, the bead of glue that was supposed to be sandwiched between the car and the windshield was actually untouched by the glass and that’s where the air was coming from. They finished and took off. About an hour later I noticed the glass was wobbly so I texted a video to the guy and he never responded. Today I washed my car and yet again they didn’t install the windshield correctly and left a gap on the top where the wobble was, so now I have a leak to fix. Calling these guys was the worst mistake I made. Now I have a leak to fix. Since the guy over the phone doesn’t want to reply to my messages, if you choose to reply to this review it better be to arrange a refund. Stay away from these guys. Check out the picture where they left a gap on the top of my windshield. Cheap glass, poor workmanship and horrible customer service.

I recently had an urgent situation with my rear window being shattered, and Ricardo's Auto Glass provided an outstanding service that compelled me to share my experience. Despite my late-night call, Ricardo assured me he would be at my location by 10:00 a.m., and true to his word, he arrived promptly at the promised time. Ricardo's punctuality was refreshing, as it's uncommon to find someone who values their commitments in today's business landscape. His efficiency was equally impressive – he completed the rear window replacement in just 25 minutes. Moreover, he demonstrated a level of professionalism that extended beyond the immediate issue. Ricardo also provided a recommendation for a window tint specialist, showcasing his commitment to comprehensive customer care. His assistant, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, worked seamlessly alongside him. I had an extremely unprofessional and costly experience with this mobile windshield service. Buyer beware: 1. **Bait-and-Switch Pricing:** He quoted me $490 to replace my windshield. **After he removed my old windshield**, he claimed the new one he brought didn't fit and demanded almost double the original price, blaming me for providing an incorrect model year. (Why would I give the wrong details for my own car?) 2. **Stranded & Unsafe:** With my windshield completely removed and him refusing to proceed without the inflated payment, took away my windshield telling me he will come back with new windshield if i agree to pay more, i was forced to drive my car – **without a windshield** – to the nearest auto glass shop for emergency repairs. This was incredibly unsafe and stressful. 3. **No Accountability:** Attempts to contact him afterwards to resolve this were futile. He simply does not answer his phone. As a mobile-only operation with no physical storefront, you have absolutely no recourse if something goes wrong. Edit 8/12/25; (after seeing his reply). see now he is a proven liar as well. Please be careful.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Ricardo installed a new windshield on my car, the job went from bad to worse very quickly. The windshield was a knock off and they had major issues fitting/clipping the mirror back in place. They had to push the mirror hard outwards on the freshly installed windshield, and actually glue the mirror back on as they couldn't clip it in. There was glue everywhere inside and although they cleaned some of it, I had to go through a full pass at removing all the glue leftovers. You would think it would end there, but no... The windshield started leaking within 2 months of install. He came to fix the leak by adding more glue sealant. Also noticed that after the install, the wiper rain sensor connected to my mirror is not working properly. Then another leak in 4months which he came and fixed again instead of changing the windshield, but at this point, patience is running out. Leading to, of course, another leak. He's now telling me that I'm out of the 1 year warranty, when it's been 11months... and are refusing to handle a replacement. What I have now is a cheap leaky windshield

These guys are the absolute best! My rear windshield on my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe got broken and I initially contacted my dealership for a quote to get it fixed. They quoted me over $1700 for parts and labor, and on top of that, said that I would have to wait for about 1-2 weeks before the parts arrived plus to get it in for service. I then decided to look around at different places on google and found Ricardo and his crew. With just a short phone call, Ricardo accepted the job and said he could get it done the same day (2 hours after our phone call) and for much cheaper than the dealership (got a quote for $390)! I was so stunned, couldn't believe it! Not only that but Ricardo was able to drive to me to complete the job which made things so much easier! I can't express how much this has helped me not only save time but also money and Ricardo and his crew were so professional, focused, and proficient. I cannot even express how impressed I am with their service. I got my windshield replace and it took them 30 minutes to be finished. the dealership literally quoted me $2500 plus to replace my windshield and will hold my car for 3 weeks. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DON'T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY AND TIME! (cause you know time is money) Search no more and choose Ricardo and his squad instead. My car got broken into the night before and Ricardo was able to come the same day and fix my tinted window. I believe his prices are fair for the simple fact that he drives to you and repairs it at our convenience. I really needed my car window fixed and he came and didn’t take a long time either. I truly recommend these guys when it comes to getting your windshields replaced. Not only do they come to your location, but the price is just right. Extremely hard workers and do their best to make sure your satisfied with their work. Very happy I gave them a call to fix the windshields on our 2 vehicles. Will definitely call them if tragedy hits again lol
