I spent what felt like hours driving around looking for a glass company, and NOTHING what a delightful surprise. I tried calling the business repeatedly, but apparently, answering the phone is not on their to-do list. They confidently assured me the place existed, yet when I finally arrived, all I found were apartments. After my garage door suddenly closed on my rear windshield and shattered it, I shopped around to get quotes. Since the spoiler also got damaged, I took it to body shops who were quoting $1300-$4000 for repair!? I figured the glass being the most important, I’d call Safelight and they quoted about $500. I had a terrible experience with them and it wasn’t until I found Brady’s auto glass that I realized who I am calling from now on for any damage like this. Their technician Alfredo was prompt on time for our appointment, very communicative and friendly. He was extremely professional and his work went above and beyond. All for less than $300!! Hopefully won’t have to call them again in the future, but for any windshield damage, I highly highly recommend. Thanks y’all!

Someone broke into my car to steal my 11 year old daughters backpack :< I went to a few different Auto Glass repair shops on Alameda before arriving to California Auto Glass. The shop I went to before arriving to CA Auto Glass tried to rob me by lying about a piece being broken and needing to be replaced, that shop tried charging me full price for a scratched window!! I left there and ended up at CA Auto Glass and so thankful I did! The owner was very nice, HONEST, and quick. He repaired my window within minutes and told me there was nothing wrong with whatever piece the previous guy lied to me about. Prices were very fair, this is truly a great Auto Glass repair shop!! I was even able to get my Window re-tinted on the same lot with a different business. His prices were fair and service was quick as well. These guys are the truth! Maria responded to my call and gave me a great price on a windshield for my old Lexus. I came back for a broken rear window on my new Lexus and once again Maria gave me a great price and their installers really know what they are doing! They are super careful with your trim and panels, they talk to you as they go letting you know how they need to disassemble something to instal the new glass. They are super clean, no tears, rips or sealant/adhesive smudges. Is hard to find honest businesses true to their trade and doing a great service for your dollar. F. Sanchez Auto Glass is a great place for your auto glass needs. They have a bunch of glass for any kind of car and if they don't have it they can get it. They work quick and do an excellent job. I had my Xterra windshield changed out and it came out perfect. Would definitely go to again if I ever need auto glass repair. I've also seen them change out and fix other auto parts like door keyholes, side mirrors, and rear door latches.

The 5 stars have to do with the complete package that the Auto Glass, GTO, offers. I was quite surprised when I arrived, later realizing that GTO is a family-run affair. As soon as I arrived, the father, who is bilingual, attended me with respect, with grace, and with good manners -- very considerate. He instructed me to park my CROWN VIC in one of the stalls, and then politely told me that I could wait in their lobby. Almost immediately, a young muscular fellow of good height began replacing my windshield that was broken. What really sold me was that the fellow called me out to see the rust that had built up on the edge of the frame where the glass would sit. He told me he would add some glue and polymer to help the situation. I returned to the lobby, and what do you know? They offer free coffee, and I mean good coffee with powdered creamer or liquid creamer and sugar, with stirring sticks and napkins. What? I was blown away. That convinced me that these people have their act together, and that they care about their business and their customers. They treat people like me -- their customers and potential customers -- with respect and appreciation, as though you mean something to them. Before I knew -- and had not yet finished my coffee -- the windshield was installed in the most delicate manner. I know, I know that other auto glass installers abound on Mission Road and nearby, on Alameda Avenue too. BUT!!! If you want politeness, effectiveness, professionalism, a very good price, and service that will last in your memory -- plus a great cup of free coffee -- look no further. Go!! as a matter of fact tell one of your neighbor's kid to break the windshield for you, LOL!! It's worth it because you will enjoy your time at GTO. I will miss them.

The technicians that came to replace my windscreen was very professional and prompt. They communicated and arrived as scheduled, they called to say how far away there were giving me enough time to go to my vehicle. After replacing the windscreen they replaced my rear view mirror, which was primarily the problem. My rear view mirror broke off and took a layer of glass with it,after checking the windscreen came as a unit therefore I had to change it. The technicians cleaned up the mirror that had glue and tape residue and also cleaned the replacement and my dashboard!!!..A plus to the service that I throughly appreciated. I highly recommend this service especially convenient to come to wherever you are. Words to management..RISE OF PAY/HOLIDAY BONUS!!!.. PRICE EXCELLENT 10,PROMPT 10,PROFESSIONALISM 10 WORKMANSHIP 10.
