I had my car window busted downtown on a Saturday night and was in a bind until I found Epic Auto Glass. They were incredibly responsive, even on the weekend. Alex was very helpful over the phone, guiding me through the process with ease. The technician arrived promptly and did an excellent job with the repair. I highly recommend Epic Auto Glass for their outstanding service and responsiveness!

Highly recommend Epic Auto Glass! Woke up today to find my car window had been smashed overnight and I'd been burglarized. Not wanting to have to take a day off from work and incur even further loss, I went about searching Yelp for someone who could come out and fix it on a Sunday. A few phone calls and "sorry, can't help you"(s) later, as I was about to resign to taping the old garbage bag over the glassless opening and dealing with it another day, I came upon Epic. Not only did Alex say yes immediately and give a quote over the phone (which was quite reasonable AND cheaper than the others I was given from companies who couldn't accommodate me until a weekday), he arrived when he said he would, and finished the job in less than an hour. He was professional, courteous, personable, and he even cleaned up all the broken glass inside the vehicle. He took Venmo too! Talk about convenient. I'll be calling Alex and Epic Auto Glass again should I ever need this or any of the other services he offers. Thanks again Alex!

My driver and passenger side windows were busted wide open. Once discovered, I contacted a few dealerships only to find that their prices were astronomical and that they would need to hold my car for multiple days. After doing some research, I stumbled upon Epic Auto Glass and gave them a call. Alex insured me that he would be able to finish the job that same day. He kept me posted throughout the day and his crew arrived within the given time frame despite heavy Los Angeles traffic on a Friday afternoon. They finished the job within an hour and my windows look great and operate as normal. The crew then went the extra mile and vacuumed my entire car, leaving zero remnants of shattered glass. Called them and they told me the price of the window replacement. I was okay with it and about half an hour later the price changed by $50 more. All within the next 2 min, he texted me and asked if the new price was acceptable, I didn't even see the text. I think he mentioned something about he has to get new glass (vs old?) I'm not really sure what that was all about but I didn't even get chance to reply and he just canceled the appointment without me ever even seeing the text or given a chance for me to reply. I followed up with him after I finally saw the text and he never got back to me never explained why the increase in price, never tried to set up a new appointment, never heard from him again which is fine because I got another guy to fix my glass for cheaper and who was communicative, efficient, detailed, showed up on time and did just a wonderful job. I recommend Auto Glass El Chapin instead.

Had my window smashed and my gear grabbed. Needed a window asap and due to "supply chain" challenges I was looking 7-10 days appointment. Was able to get a next day and done while I was at work. Clutch! Even when my German model glass didn't quite match with the American version of my German car, my man made the trip to the Orange County to make it happen. He picked up the part, rescheduled and handled it. Happy to get it reapired and the price was fair. Happy to get it done and get back on the road. Tinting my windows and keeping my gear in my trunk from now on.

My back window was broken into while I was at work. I was so stressed trying to find someone who could do the repair for me before I left for a business trip the next day I tried 3 other businesses and non could help. Then I stumbled across these guys, Alex helped me, he came to my house and fixed the window in 30 mins flat. Great customer service and quick and friendly. Same day is right!!!! Hopefully I will never need it again but if I do I’m going to these guys!!!

My car was broken into in two different places and they were able to find a good price for replacement windows and were able to work with my schedule and get the job done quickly. They were even able to connect me with a mobile mechanic to replace my battery at the same time. Prices were good and payment was easy. Highly recommend

I needed a replacement of the roof glass on my older, very beloved Jeep. Even the dealer could not get the part, for at least 45 days. Alex went out of his way (literally) to find a stock replacement, came out to my place to complete the repair and had me back on the road in no time. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, great with communication and he came through like a champ. Go with this guy because he deserves all the business he can handle!

The service was incredible. Someone smashed the driver's side window of my car late Friday night. When I found out the next morning there was no company that would come out in a Saturday. That was until I found Epic Auto Glass. Their service quick with great quality, I'm so happy I found them. Whenever I have an issue with any car glass they will be the first ones I call. I've already passed on their info to people in my building.

Called Alex because somebody had broke my rear side door window. Alex answered quickly and came just as fast the same day to fix it. He was professional and quick. Within 45 minutes I had my car back working perfectly.
