I brought my car here based on Yelp and Google reviews so I unfortunately have to change mine from my original 5 star review to keep it honest. I brought my car in for a window that was stuck - they fixed it for $80. All good. This is a rear passenger door. 2 days later I tried to open that door and found it wouldn't unlock or open. I brought it back and they admitted that something hadn't been put back on correctly and fixed it. In the 2 weeks since, it's been hot as hell so I've been using the AC. Today I tried to roll the window down and it wouldn't go down. I brought the car back and was told that this time it was the motor; which is odd as I haven't opened the window since they last had it. I was told, "Yeah, you have to roll your windows up and down everyday so the motor doesn't burn out. It's just like your car engine if you don't start it." That is just absurd. I can't believe they seriously suggested it was my fault the window wasn't working because I didn't roll it down everyday. 🙄 :: ::NEWSFLASH:::: A car not starting after sitting for a long period of time has everything to do with fuel and fluids going bad / seeping and rubber seals drying out or batteries losing their charge and nothing to do with electric motors being burned out from not being used everyday. With that type of reasoning, the more you use a light bulb, the longer it will last. They then pried the window down ( I'm not sure why) and suddenly seemed surprised that I'd want the window put back up when I left, asking, "Oh, you want him to put it back up?" They honestly thought I would just leave with a window stuck open... that they'd opened and couldn't close. No. In the end, I paid $80 for a window that still doesn't work after 3 visits to their shop and made to feel like I had inconvenienced them. I'll take my car elsewhere, thanks.

These guys are the truth! Maria responded to my call and gave me a great price on a windshield for my old Lexus. I came back for a broken rear window on my new Lexus and once again Maria gave me a great price and their installers really know what they are doing! They are super careful with your trim and panels, they talk to you as they go letting you know how they need to disassemble something to instal the new glass. They are super clean, no tears, rips or sealant/adhesive smudges. Is hard to find honest businesses true to their trade and doing a great service for your dollar. I don’t ever have to go anywhere else for Auto Glass. I recommend calling in first. Maria will hook you up!ServicesAuto power window repair, Auto windshield replacement

Needed front windshield replaced. Stopped here, was given an estimate, and had the job done. Front windshield, with CPU sensors, replaced professionally in about an hour and a half! Job looks great, totally satisfied with the time since I was just stopping in, staff is fantastic. Explain everything. Now- the pricing. I work with car dealers. They are my clients. Called 3 of them for pricing from their vendors. Cortes had the same pricing as the wholesale vendors that service the car dealerships. Excellent prices. And forget about safelite, they were nalmosy 3X as much! So all good for now, I'll update if any issues with workmanship.

This place totally saved me butt! My husband and I were visiting LA from out of state and our car was broken into and the passenger window shattered. We called Honda dealers and they said the glass we needed was not available at any dealer in CA and would take a week to ship. We’re on a road trip and didn’t have the time or ability to hang out in LA for that long so I found cortes on google. They had the glass in stock and took us right away. It only took about 45 mins for them to fix the window and cost $180 with tax. They were such life savers during this stressful incident! Highly recommend.

One of the best places to have your windshield, side windows, rear windows fixed at a low cost. The service was great, staff very friendly and courteous. I arrived at 11am and had only one car ahead of me. By the time I left there were five cars getting windshields, and side windows fixed. They provide a waiting area that has a TV, and coffee. Not to sure if the food truck is there daily but I was fortunate enough to grab so seafood. I had a large shrimp cocktail that was about 11 dollars and well worth it. My cocktail was loaded with shrimp and tasted amazing.

My rear window was not going hope down. I stopped in to see if they could help. It was out of my budget to have the motor replaced since the holidays. But I was charged 25$ just to get the window to stay closed. The best part is I was told if I decide to replace the motor that the 25$ I spent would go towards the future repair. Which is awesome. So I'm returning Ina couple weeks to have it replaced. I recommend Cortez auto Glass. Very courteous and quick thank you.

Was looking for quotes. Price was only a $20 difference from next door. He told us weren't coming. I wasn't even negotiating the price. Timing is all I asked for. The tech got bothered by the question and took his business card away. The owner called me back the next day. I offered to show her the recording from the crash cam. She's going to continue to lose business due to that tech. Good luck.NegativeProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

A friend's windshield good smashed as he was driving on the 5 freeway. A chair came flying at him and broke his windshield. I always go to Mission Road to get my windshield done. I called a couple of places and Cortes was the only one that was able to get it the next day at the best price. Needles to say, my friend was very happy. He had called Safelite which quoted him$100- more than Cortes. Why pay more when you can get it cheaper at Cortes?

Rafael helped me over the phone and quoted me to replace my rear driver’s side window. My boyfriend and I had already called 2 other locations and were being quoted over $100 more for the same thing! The service was fast and the waiting area was nice and shaded. I also really appreciated their openness to explain things, their kindness, and respectful behavior. I’m bookmarking this location to recommend to anyone who is ever in my situation.
