I just got my rear windshield replaced. When I called they did not tell me the price. I googled the average cost and it said anywhere between $250-$500. They forgot about my appointment and showed up two hours late and then tried to charge me a full one thousand dollars. When I told him that if something is going to be that expensive he needs to tell the customer ahead of time. In response to this he just showed me a bunch of photos of other glass he’s replaced? I’m not happy. UPDATE 4/26 I will now give more details as I did not appreciate the owner’s response below. 1. In regards to the reschedule. I had to call YOU. I know I accepted the rescheduled time. My frustration is that you forgot about me and I had to call to get rescheduled. So you didn’t do anything here. I called YOU and then it got rescheduled. 2. I do not expect anyone to work for free. And I don’t appreciate you twisting what I said into something else. My anger at you is because you did not tell me ahead of time an estimate of how expensive it was going to be. If you told me ahead of time I would have told you, “that’s too much. I’ll go somewhere else.” You didn’t tell me the price until AFTER you completed the job and now I have no choice but to pay you a huge amount. In no way did I ask for anything to be free. I am happy to pay people and businesses for their work. But it’s unfair to not tell someone the price ahead of time. And then to follow this up by trying to make it seem like I was asking to not pay you is appalling and a lie. So let’s recap what happened. 1. You forgot about me. 2. I gave you all of the info about my car, so you should have been able to come up with an estimate to tell me. And you did not do that. 3. You charge me an extreme amount out of nowhere and then 4. You gaslight me to make it seem like I’m the problem. I know I should have asked what the general cost should have been. But you as a business shouldn’t be skirting or hiding that information either. I may have made a dumb mistake, but you were unethical and unfair.

It's incredibly frustrating when a company claims to be available 24 hours, yet you arrive to find no one there. I kept trying to reach them using the phone number listed on their website, no one answered. it was early in the morning, and I expected to get the work done and leave. Instead, it seems they blocked my number due to the number of times I've called. I arrived at an apartment complex expecting to find a glass company, as stated on the website. There were no glass companies in the vicinity. It was quite frustrating to drive around searching for them while no one answered the phone.

Today has been nothing short of exasperating and truly felt like a colossal waste of time. I spent what felt like hours driving around looking for a glass company, and NOTHING what a delightful surprise. I tried calling the business repeatedly, but apparently, answering the phone is not on their to-do list. They confidently assured me the place existed, yet when I finally arrived, all I found were apartments. So, if you’re considering reaching out to this “company,” I’d suggest you save your breath and your time it seems they’re quite skilled at wasting both.

It was excellent repair service from Auto Glass Tikal. He performed the replacement work very precisely and carefully until the work was completed. He also cleaned the area he touched while the replacement was underwent. It was much better service than at the dealer for much less costs. I am happy with his service and much satisfied I found him for replacing the scattered auto glass. I strongly recommend this company in case you are in situation of needing your auto glass replacement.

I kept calling these businesses, but no one answered. They assured me the place was there, yet when I arrived, there was nothing but apartments! Don’t even waste your time trying to reach out to the “company” because you’ll waste your time…

I had a cracked windshield, and then it grew by the afternoon I guess because of the temperature. I was checking where to get it fixed before it gets worse and I came across Gustavo and he was pretty responsive, called in the morning and was able to replace it the same day. Great service, didn’t take long!! Would def recommend, however suggest that you prepare cash!

Excellent service! I had a broken mirror on my car, and also had the replacement part already on hand. Amazing response time same day turnaround on a Sunday for a windshield replacement. Work was excellent and covered all details and repaired rear view mirror etc with a detail quality vacuum of the car. Very reasonable charge $ really such a professional job beautifully done. I couldn’t be happier. Would add more Stars if possible.

Excellent service and quality! I definitely recommend them. With the insecurity of Los Angeles, they broke my glass to rob me and first thing in the morning Autoglass with Mr. Gustavo's service, came to my house and put a new one on me very quickly.
