I called to get information. After confirming it was the place of business I intended to contact, I respectfully asked who I was talking with, so I could go on to give him my name and discuss the nature of my call, which would have been about a window regulator. It sounded like I was hung up on; just in case not, I called right back and got a VM. Apparently customer service is terrible. After reading the reviews, it seems this service person(s) is inconsistent with behavior and I’m imagining with service, as well. I don’t know why they bother to advertise if they would discourage a potential client like this? I suppose it just shows the caliber of business.

If I can give 0 stars that's what they would get. I just called to inquire about getting my window put back on track and the guy was ridiculously rude, had the nerve to tell me come down to talk in person and then he hung up on me. Anyone who knows me will say that I am a very polite person. I never talk to anyone rude so for him to do that to me for no reason I am disgusted with his customer service.

Tried to rip me off.The older guy stayed talking on his cell phone and tired to charge me for telling me something I already new and broke my door that I had to go somewhere else to get repaired.Service was the worse.Now I know why no one was there other than me.

Came in on a Saturday looking for a quote regarding my door lock actuator. Made my deposit and the week later the part was ready. Within 4 hours my car was ready the same day.ServicesInstallation

Abiel was very helpful and he had two young man working for him, it was very Impressive to see how professional the boys were and delivered an excellent installation. Job well done!

I called to get a quote he said you need a regulator $140 ? I said the window works fine it’s off track! He said No! It needs what I say! Ok bye

This guy made me wait for a month to get a window regulator. Always telling me that he will get it. Never did. Waist of time. Nothing but lies

Called to see if he had the glass size for my car. 30 minutes after arriving my car was ready to go. However they only accept cash.

Very professional. Has a lot other things too or he can find it. Found my side mirror and the trims. Fat and friendly.
