Save Auto Glass

Ive never had to write any review but im extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability this shop has after using their services. I had my hood fly up and smash my windshield and this shop was nearby, had good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. Some context, my hood was off and there was VERY LIGHT RAIN and my car sat in this rain for a minimum of 5 minutes before being pulled into the shop they work out of and my car was working and fine. Upon pick up Omar let me know that after installing the new windshield my car no longer turned on and he handed back my key that was slightly cracked open i took note of this but was more worried about getting my car back home than that. Omar and his associates tried to say maybe the rain had caused a short somewhere but again my car was fine before and was in their shop the entire time so how that could have happened is beyond me. Instead of calling a tow truck I decided to listen to my gut and called a lock smith who confirmed the key transponder was no longer inside my key so it must have fallen out while in the shops possession. So due to their negligence Im out another $380 for a key that they broke and tried pass it off as my issue with having no hood and after contacting them TWICE about this they have ignored me completely. It's super unprofessional and really a bummer cause their work seems good on the windshield, but they have taken zero accountability for causing this secondary issue and left me paying for a service I shouldn't have needed. It's sad and really frustrating honestly, go to someone who will own up to their mistakes not like these guys.

Asked via Yelp for a glass replacement. They gave an estimate and we decided to go with them. So many red flags with this store 1. They told me to come to a different location than what's on Yelp. When I asked, they said (we also do here) depending on the appointment times we will send here. This should have driven me off, but my windshield has a big crack. So I agreed to do it here 2. After the work is done, they suddenly say "we cannot take CC, only zelle". I told them that I don't use zelle. And no one told me no CC. 3. Someone called me over the phone and asked me for CC details over the phone. I declined, and the person was accusing me of not paying. I was saying, I am staying here, I will not send my CC numbers to strangers.. 4. After so many back and forth, Finally they brought the tile device (they had it but definitely wanted to steal my CC( 5. They didn't give me a receipt. They gave some written work claiming it was done. Dunno if I was scammed by an old employee who had an old shirt with the logo. Or this is genuinely how they do business. This is very very sketchy

So my windshield had a crack, was putting it off due to my son being so little and impatient & having to wait so long at a place so i found them here on google that they come to you i thought that was awesome because we can stay here at home where my son is comfortable most ! :) the guy was very friendly and we agreed on 2pm but i wanted him to come sooner and luckily he was able to got here at around 12:30 & got done around 1:13 very fast and professional more then on time i would recommend i think they are also very fairly pricedPositivePunctuality, Quality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

I just got my back car window replaced by Save Autoglass and it was an amazing experience. They were kind enough to come to my location. The window was repaired to brand new as well as cleaned all the broken glass out of my window. The man who was helping me was very understanding and gave me the best car service I have ever had with cars. We had our car broken into this morning. I called several places for a repair that would come to our home. Save Auto Glass was nearly $100 less expensive than other quotes I received. Omar and his coworker arrived promptly during their appointment window, worked quickly to replace the window, and cleaned up every speck of broken glass. Went to Save Auto Glass this morning. My car was broken into last night. I called this company in an emergency. I spoke to luis. He was so kind to me. So very understanding,being i was upset and crying...i had just lost my job and then my car got broken into last night he went out of his way to find a good price for me. And then told me to meet him at shop in morning he took aprox. 10 min and replaced my window. He Vaccum my car out for me! He is so awesome! Thank you Soooo much luis!!!!

My daughter is in college in Hayward and we just drove up to Hayward from Los Angles. I flew back home and 7 days later someone broke the back side window out of her car to steal a gym bag on a Saturday. She was very upset. I did my research on Sunday and read the outstanding remarks about Omar and Save Auto Glass. Called up and Omar answered the phone. Very professional. Set up an appointment to install a drivers side front window after someone broke in but took nothing, for the following day. Jose and Roger showed up earlier than expected which was great. Roger said it would be about 45min to an hour, and they finished around the 30min mark. Outstanding service, affordable price! Found my drivers side window smashed when I was leaving for work.
