I wish I can say I had a better experience with this business. I asked Sam to repair two windows that were vandalized recently, he managed to repair one the other one was installed wrong and had to be removed and placed again. Then I realized the window was not repaired air was still getting through the window. So I reached out to Sam and asked if he can kindly take a look again. He said he would come by the day after or after that. He didn’t in fact when I reached out again he didn’t even reply. I run a company that has 6 locations and I would never just ignore a client that had a bad experience. In fact I would go above and beyond for anyone that has something to say negatively about me or my business. Now my window isn’t repaired I can hear air while I’m driving. And yeah I was ghosted by Sam. I wish I could have given them a better review.

I had a horrible experience dealing with Safelite trying to get my car windows fixed. I had been dealing with the Union City office for over a week. I finally called Bay Area Auto Glass, they found the windows the same day and had them installed same day. These guys knew what they’re doing and provided phenomenal service. I urgently needed a window replacement as I was out of town and needed to keep driving. Other places were quoting me a week out for repairs while Bay Area Auto Glass met me at my location and fixed my two car windows in 3 hours from my phone call (even on a holiday!). Sam did an amazing job on my 2 windows. Got them broken into, and within the next business day he was able to help me out for a nice deal! 2 weeks later and my windows are still perfectly fine and able to roll up and down with no issues. Sam even gave me a window that was tinted to match my other windows. Loved the customer service :)

A few days ago my windshield cracked due to the hail that we rarely see in the bay area… just my luck.
