A2Z AutoGlass Mobile service

OMG, I apologize! I recently gave your shop a review, but I've NEVER had work done by your shop! However, Google suggested your shop, as one I'd visited & also had glass repaired there, in the past year or two. However, I think Google got it wrong because I am in Southern CA! I don't recall ever having visited your shop, unless you moved up north in the last year or so! I will have to go back & check my invoice, to see what shop actually fixed my left rear car window! That's not a good mistake for Google to make! It can result in incorrect & improper reviews, as mine was! Again, I apologize! Google Maps made a terrible mistake! So, I'm sure glad you responded to my review, or I never would've known! Now, I'm not quite sure what to do about a star rating, since I didn't get work done at your shop, but I'm sure glad I saw your message. Maybe I should give 5 stars for your response & my correcting the review quickly, so as not to pass on wrong info or mislead others! I will also contact Google! Thanks, Jillian

Hashemi is incredible! Spoke to him in the morning after getting denied by Safelite since my truck has a 1.5" lift and they coudln't move forward with the rsensor recalibration. Hashemi was super down to earth and explained how if the job is done right and in his experience, recalibration is not even neessary. He was able to come work on my truck that afternoon and he charged me for the windshield replacement w/o the cost of recalibrating. He told me that if any sensorwarnings pop up then I can pay to have the recalibration done with him. He didn't want to pre-charge me for a service he may not even need to do and that sold me. Honest guy, drives out to you for the repaiir and did the work in a couple of hours while I was working at home. Highly recomned A2Z AutoGlass. Unfortunately had my window hit at a concert. After surfing for some glass repair companies I found A2Z and they did and amazing job and finished very quickly. Also did a great job cleaning out the left over glass in my door and installing a new glass panel and fixed it to my rear passenger door. A2Z was doing a repair down the street so we called for an estimate. After receiving a few others in the $400-500 range it was a pleasant surprise to get a price of $260 for a mobile replacement. My front passenger side window was shattered in a Hayward parking lot Thursday night. I called three different places Friday morning and Alpha Auto Glass had the best price and had my 10-year-old car's window in stock. They came out Friday afternoon (a same day mobile service appointment) and had it replaced in about 30 minutes. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Had a great experience with this company! Saved a lot of money by coming here and getting my windshield replaced. Many other companies and my insurance quoted me so high because I might need a recalibration with my windshield repairment, but for this company they said it wasn’t needed. These workers are helpful, nice, and honest!
