Volt Mobile Auto Glass

Not certain what happened to rear driver's side window this morning - looks like a BB sized hole which shattered the entire piece. I liked Velocity's reviews & called them 1st. They were able to come to my office & get this fixed today!! Antonio & his crew showed up when promised & were still able to get the job done today - turns out my car model needed a specific glass part, requiring an additional trip to Martinez & back. I requested some old glass from the company for a college class I teach (I set up mock crime scenes). The manager (John) of the company was so receptive and had one of his employees drop the glass to my door. Even the employee who answered the phone was so professional and courteous. I will recommend this company for sure to anyone who needs repair. The customer service is above reproach and I was very impressed with the professionalism by all. Called around several places and found that Volt was the lowest price. They came right in the middle of the time window and spent two hours replacing my '99 Suburban windshield. Job took a little longer because it was hard to remove due to the glass being original and therefore the sealant was hard to remove in several areas. These guys are super personable, professional, hardworking, and took care with their work. I highly recommend Volt.

Antonio went far and beyond in resolving the issue. He suggested that the windshield only needed a repair and not a replacement, got approval and repaired it. Additionally when I mentioned that I was having power steering problems in my other car, offered to take a look. mentioned that it just needed a fluid fill..asked me to get it and also filled it. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend

I didn’t shop tooooo much, but Velocity was far and away the cheapest for my work vehicle (‘17 Ford Focus). They could also get it done the fastest. So pleased with my experience. The tech (Josh) was quick and professional and even vacuumed out the glass for me!! 6 stars if I could.

They were awesome! From calling and speaking with the customer service lady, scheduling the appointment to how fast they were and how friendly the technician was. It was a great experience. I’m glad I read the reviews and went with this company.

Reasonably priced and very quick service! They came right to my apartment to fix my cracked windshield. Josh was great with communication and speed of labor! Will definitely use again/recommend to people for any repairs

Excellent service. Scheduling updates were provided by text message. Windshield was replaced at a reasonable cost. When I say reasonable, cheaper than dealership for sure.
