Not certain what happened to rear driver's side window this morning - looks like a BB sized hole which shattered the entire piece. I liked Velocity's reviews & called them 1st. They were able to come to my office & get this fixed today!! Antonio & his crew showed up when promised & were still able to get the job done today - turns out my car model needed a specific glass part, requiring an additional trip to Martinez & back.
