Amazing, friendly, and fast service. I've unfortunately have had to come here on 4 separate occasions in the last year and a half (that's street parking in the Tenderloin and SoMa for you). The first time I came here, it was because all of the window repair shops in SF were booked solid for close to a month. This was probably the 10th place I called, but they said that they could take care of me right away. So I drove over ASAP and was back on the road with a new rear passenger window within the hour. I kept their business card just in case, and I'm glad I did because since then I've had 3 more broken windows. The windshield was installed on site. The windshield was installed off center so they had to removed the windshield and reinstall. Hopefully it will not leak. Maybe a new person was working on this windshield replacement. Getting a ride during the day is difficult me since my family are working. There are white dots of some kind maybe glue on the dashboard after installation. I also noticed there is a new crack on the plastic next to the installed glass which we did not notice when the car was brought in. The shop owner insists they didn't create the damage. No before photo was taken to provide before installation status. This may be my own fault not taken the pictures. Honest, affordable and fast glass repair in the city. Parked next to Lower Great Hwy Trail overnight, and evidently my fully packed roller bag looked too irresistible to a bum. Woke up to a broken window before having to catch an early flight. Called New Auto Glass, and they sent someone out to the airport parking garage to find my SUV. I made my flight and they replaced the window later that afternoon. Due to the situation, I had to trust them with the keys. Factory tinted window looks great, and they vacuumed the broken glass out. Thanks for being honest, going the extra mile and helping me out of a tight spot.

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS SHOP Edit: It cost $4,892.36 to repair the damages that were caused but this shop's horrible work . STAY AWAY!!!! Stay as far away as possible. Dropped off my truck to have the rear window resealed. Two weeks later, I returned to pick up my truck . Not only did they not remove and reseal the window like we talked about, but they also cause major damage to the interior of my truck. Photos are of the work they performed , there is glue everywhere, and the window STILL LEAKS. When I asked the owner to pay for the damages, he told me to take him to court.

I Called these guys on a Sunday and left a message even though they were closed. I got a quick call back and told them what I needed. It was easy and they got my car back by 11am Monday morning Right in time to take my kid to the doctor. everything was easy and they delivered exactly what they said they would. Also the price was less than half of what I was quoted by safe lite. Great customer service.

My rear window was unexpectedly broken and I needed to have it repaired within a few hours to go to work. My car was extremely well taken care of during this window repair, every shard of glass was carefully removed as well as my vehicle cleaned out thoroughly and everything done in a timely manner. Very quick and quality service!! Will definitely be using this company again. Thank you!!

Less expensive, more convenient. My 2015 Toyota Prius’s back windshield was smashed on a Saturday morning — New Auto Glass was open and able to replace it within an hour for less than $500. SF is lousy with break-ins, and it sucks to find yourself a victim of this all-too typical crime, but getting it taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price made the experience less stressful.

I highly recommend this place it's a family owned company. All employees and owner are very nice and respectful. They were also very accommodating and had a nice waiting area where I was able to wait with my baby while my car was being worked on. I was given updates on the progress of my car throughout the whole process. Thank you Ronaldo for a great service.

Our car was broken into last night in SF and the rear window completely shattered. I was able to call this place in the morning, bring my car in immediately and have a new glass put in in under 1 hour. The also vacuumed away all the glass shards inside the glass. The people there were very nice too. Great service!
