Called Guardian and spoke to Jason to get a quote. He quoted my specific project and I set up and appointment for the following day. He was running ahead of schedule so he contacted me to verify an earlier arrival. His knowledge, skills and abilities are amazing. He explained every step as he performed his trade. I was so impressed that his I expanded the job from repairing a cracked windshield to also doing a ceramic coating of the windshield for two of my vehicles. Thankfully, his schedule permitted the additional work and I was thoroughly impressed with the results. Side note, Jason also did a headlight restoration for my neighbor that came out amazing. He’s apparently developing a proprietary chemical formula that resolves headlight haze within a short amount of time. I made an online appointment for a rock chip repair on a Sunday afternoon. Within a few minutes, Jason texted me and finalized the time he was available for the next day. He let me know when he was on his way, and was right on time. The chip was large, and Jason thoroughly explained what he could do and what it would look like after the work was done. I really appreciated him telling me that my windshield would not look perfect, but that it would be stable and safe-which they guarantee. I just replaced my windshield 6 months ago at the cost of almost $1,400. My windshield is also tinted, which prevented him from doing more to minimize the final look. I called Jason this morning to fix a little rock chip I got on my windshield. I called Jason because he was ranked #1 on Yelp, and in my area. I was totally surprised to hear that he does mobile work and happened to be available same day! He was on point for the time window he said he’d be at my place. He’s a great guy that works really hard and provides excellent service! He educated me on do’s and dont’s in protecting my car, and just great convo while he did the work. I ended up having him repair the chip in my windshield and a Rock Chip protective coating on all my glass. I had a footlong crack in my windshield. I schedule an appointment and he came out the very next day to my workplace and repaired the crack in the parking lot. It was July, quite possibly the hottest day of the year. I have a long commute and my windshield is 10 years old and full of dense and tiny cracks. I opted for the resurfacing which just made it completely waterproof and I barely have to use my windshield wipers. It's now December and I'm really glad I paid for the surfacing. I was warned that I could still see the crack from the inside but from the outside it's completely invisible. better reap, the entire state of my windshield is better and the crack is not grown in the 6 months since I've had it repaired.
