Without a doubt Leo is one of the best technicians I have ever met in my life. The rear window of my Van was completely broken. I needed to get my dad's car window repair over memorial day weekend, and I was in a hurry to look for someone available and Leo was the only one who actually picked up and got back to me promptly. I was heading back to vegas so I didn't have a lot of time to waste. Leo was able to give me the pricing to replace the window of a Honda fit trunk (whatever it is called). Because he does not operate on the weekend, he was able to get to me first thing Monday morning. Solid work. Very clean and thorough. Top of the day, So, my sister called me from Lake Forest, California. Completely distraught that her car had been vandalized and the rear window was broken out. Understand, I live in another state. As her older brother, I immediately looked up multiple companies to get the best service and price. Well people, (Leo) at this company was 1000. The back window was fixed. But we left with our lift gat not opening (which was not an issue before we took it in. Also the dash showed liftgate was ajar even though it was not. And when we out it i. Reverse the backup lines were not there anymore. My husband tried talking to the owner Steve and he did not care. He was a total jerk. Horrible management, awful owner that does not care about making everything right. We had to end up taking it to Ford to fix all the issue’s it came back with from this business!! Go anywhere else!! I would not recommended this business to ANYONE! We are also making a report at the Better Business Bureau!!!

Overall, the price was reasonable for my windshield replacement on a 2023 vehicle especially after I compared the service and product with other local Anaheim auto glass companies. My service with Anaheim Auto Glass was immediate and professional. Leo, the specialist who replaced my windshield was flexible with his time and understanding of the urgency of my situation. He worked with my schedule and replaced my windshield while I was at work. The replacement took less than an hour and included a service warranty. I will definitely be calling Leo again for any additional auto glass repairs or replacements.

Great customer service! ONLY call Anaheim Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement Specialist!! I had called at least 12 other windshield replacement places and out of 12 of them only 2 answered. One of them was cold and rude right from the start. The other sent me a text but he never replied. I had given up until I called one last place which is Anaheim Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement Specialist. I'm leaving them a great review because they were courteous and communicative. They drove out to my home in Anaheim Hills at a moments notice. If you call anywhere else for auto glass, you're wasting your time.

The replacement of my windshield was smooth and precise. It was actually really impressive. The price point, response time and service level make these folks top tier. If it happens to be that I need to use their services again I am certainly going to call. The windshield was for a 2018 Chevy Tahoe.

He also accommodated my schedule and came to my house, so it was very easy on me. He was able to put on the aftermarket tint that I had on my passenger window very easily, all in one appointment!
