These guys are EXCELLENT. I watched very carefully and every aspect of their work, an Outback windshield, is top notch. The glass was original Carlex, exactly what it originally came with.

Got my car broken into so I had to replace my window ASAP. I went to their location and was knocking for about 15 mins on all windows until someone came from the back and asked if I needed help. I stayed knocking because I really needed a window and couldn't search for another place since my phone was stolen and they were the only location I knew had a physical office. The lady told me someone would get to my address at a certain time. So I waited for them in front for about 45 mins after the advised time. Yes they got there 45 mins late. The young guy seemed upset didn't greet me or seemed happy for my business just asked "where can I connect power for the vacuum." I told him there was no place and he said "oh yea that's right, I've been cleaning here before and they don't have plugs" he swept the glass that was on the floor and seat and said "we usually vacuum all the glass from the seats and inside the door panel but since I don't have power you will have to go somewhere to do it yourself." When he was leaving I asked him for a receipt and he asked annoyed "do you really need a reciept?" The glass looked warped and would vibrate alot.

6 months ago my car got broken into and the windshield and right side window needed replacing. I brought it to a near by company in Anaheim because they had hundreds of 5 star reviews. That company replace both issues and inform me that my right side regulator needs to be replaced and it would cost $200. I decided against replacing the right side regulator because I did not have $200 and my regulator was working fine when I brought it in that afternoon, that company screwed 2 wooden planks below my new right side window to keep the now non working window in place. Six months later, I decided to replace the broken regulator but decided to use a different company. I had El Gato look at the regulator and they told me nothing was wrong with it. El Gato removed the 2 wooden planks and fasten my window to the existing brackets and charge me $25.
