GLASS MONKEY TO THE RESCUE! Sai is AMAZING! a rock on the freeway hit the front window and I knew I was in trouble. After calling Sai, all my worries were gone! He asked me to take a photo of the window, gave me a price and set up the time to have it fixed. Within 24 hours my car has a new front windshield!!! This was too easy! Also, cheapest price in town!!! Will recommend to family, friends and co-workers. Look no further, give him a call. He is honest, friendly, and flexible.

Had a window smashed while eating dinner in Jack London. I called around for quotes the next morning and found out no one makes or stocks the glass I needed anymore, as my van is 20+ years old. I found a junkyard in Hayward that had a compatible window, but I didn’t have time to go get it. I called Sai and he agreed to go get the window for me, even though it was in the opposite direction of his other jobs that day. He maintained excellent contact with me throughout the day and showed up when he said he would. He installed the glass, cleaned up the mess, and didn’t even charge me extra for the trip to the junkyard or for pulling the replacement window. I cannot possibly recommend Sai enough. I wish there was a sixth star.

Came across your van on 580, saw you specialized in exactly what he needed help with, took a pic of your van, called the number. It took a couple visits on your part, only because he needed the car for my mom. But you came through, and probably saved him some serious money by just fixing the problem at hand. I have yet to meet you, but I know who to be in touch with when I'm ready to have my own windshield replaced.

Sai came out to my house on a Friday, the same day I requested service, when other Alameda glass repair vendors told me I’d have to wait until Monday. Sai was also up to $20 cheaper than some of the others. It all felt very professional and safe, and I was happy I got my rear vent window repaired in under a hour at my house and before the weekend!

My car was vandalize on Wednesday. Called a couple of places and they weren’t able to schedule me in. A friend referred glass monkey they were able to give me a quote and come the next day. Awesome service! and great pricing! If you are in Alameda or Bay Area I recommend glass monkey.
