I found Zenith auto glass in a Google search and I scheduled a quote through their website online. Within 10 minutes I had received a callback confirming what I needed. Within a half hour they called me back with a place I could get a replacement window for my truck. I arrived to my appointment early and they immediately started working on my vehicle. The whole service took about 45 minutes. The lobby was very nice with coffee and other beverages. The staff was incredibly friendly and after speaking with them for about 20 minutes, telling them my story and how I helped people in the community the wonderful folks at Zenith gave me 60% Discount! Out of the kindness of their hearts and their appreciation for the people in our community. I would recommend Zenith glass to anybody in need of auto glass repair and god forbid i need glass replaced again this is definitely where I will be going. This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Called Wednesday morning and Kacey handled all the insurance work on the phone in just a few minutes, then offered me a same day appointment. I took an appointment the following morning and the crew was ready when I arrived. George offed me the opportunity to watch the removal and reinstallation. Very interesting to see the process. When completed George and staff were not happy with the fit of the windshield and elected to order a different windshield and will reinstall when I make another appointment. Not my first time at ZAG but had to share the positive experience from my most recent service. We were returning home from a trip driving through Kansas when a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. My first call was to Zenith. Carmen answered, got the details needed from my truck, and then setup a conference call with my insurance company and handled the claim. She even called the local ram dealership to verify the details of my truck so that without a doubt I had the correct replacement. 14 hours and 950 miles later, I had my windshield replaced, good as new. I really appreciate the fast and great service. I hope to not need any glass service soon, but when I do, Zenith will have my business.

In a world where big corporations are gobbling up their competitors, it's nice to have locally owned businesses who haven't sold out. Zenith Auto Glass repaired my rear glass through a claim with my insurance company. They provided top-notch service, a free courtesy car, excellent customer service and a quick turnaround on the repair. They were also able to get me scheduled the next day which was much appreciated. The gal working the front desk was super bubbly and kind which was much needed after someone busted out my rear glass trying to break into my vehicle. Good customer service goes a long way in my book, and I would be happy to send more business their way in the future!

Zenith Auto Glass is a fantastic place to take any vehicle! Zenith Auto Glass got me an appointment the very next day after one of my window regulators broke. They were honest with pricing and got the part for me the same day. They were even kind enough to fix an issue that had been caused by the last glass shop I had been to. In total they had me in and out in less than an hour!
