I was devastated when a rock hit my windshield, and left it cracked. I contacted Xclusive Auto Glass Repair, and def recommend them! Awesome prices and professional manner. I called this past Saturday looking to schedule the following weekend as I work during the week. Turns out they have mobile service and managed to get me scheduled today! Thank goodness I didn’t have to drive with a cracked windshield all week. Also, highly impressed with their response time. They are prompt and answer all my questions. Hired Jonathon at Xclusive to replace two windshields for me today. He showed up on time as promised. Had the correct product with him and was very meticulous with the installation. He didn’t rush and cut any corners. He did the install the way I would do it myself. I will use this company again soon. As owner of 5 cars living in Arizona, I replace windshields all the time. Great company All IN ONE From Detailing and Windshield Replacement & more , I had my Tesla windshield Tinted with a clear body wrap & they did amazing car still looks new I definitely recommend. Great workmanship from each employee , One Employee that stood out to me the most is Raul if you ever get a chance to have him replace your windshield you will not regret , Respectful and great communicator and will have you back on the road in no time seeing clearly lol . After calling a few different shops, I was able to reach someone on my first call. The shop had my windshield on stock which was amazing! I have a Tesla and was told by many people that I would have to wait at least two weeks for the glass to be ordered and delivered. I was able to set up my appt easily and come in the next day. Since installation for my particular vehicle had to be done I shop and would take about 3 hours, I was given a loaner so I could still get to work. Amazing customer service, quick, and efficient! Nearly an hour late to a 7-8am appt although I let them know I needed this done early because I had work. They don’t order or use the required moldings from dealership in order to cut costs. After asking about them they said they could order them but didn’t have them on hand. And that it would be an additional cost. After expressing my disappointment but unlocking the vehicle for them to get started anyways they hopped back in their van as though I no longer needed the windshield replaced today. Spoke to them on the phone to no avail. They’re not transparent, late, and cut corners. Would not recommend.

This is a very professional shop. They provided great customer service and a professional job replacing the windshield on my Tesla Model S. They gave me a tour of their shop area and it’s clean and organized. They have the latest calibration equipment and provided the calibration requirements for my Tesla. I’ve always used Safelite Glass for all my windshield replacements but will always use Xclusive Auto Glass AZ from now on. I also had them tint my windows and they did an excellent job tinting too.
