Steve was great! Ready when I got there, professional and kept me updated on the progress. He was also able to work on my Tesla and honest when he told me that it auto-calibrated after installing the windshield so he removed that charge from my bill. Highly recommend!

Steve came as agreed and took one look at the small abrasion and felt it would be fine with a little drill out and some epoxy. He refused to charge me in spite of having taken the time to come and check it out. I highly recommend this honest and nice gentleman!

The shops waiting room was clean and comfortable. Snacks and drinks were available while I waited and WiFi was accessible. Great customer service and a full windshield replacement and calibration only took 1.5 hours. I got in for an appt within days and the staff was friendly and kind. Definitely will return.

My car got broken into and they shattered my windows. It's winter and I was in desperate need of the windshields replaced. He was $200 cheaper then anyone else in the area (I called about 12 businesses) and he said he could do it the next day (everyone else was at least two days out). I honestly can't say enough good things about his service. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came to my work to pick up the keys and dropped them back off. I also needed the back window replaced and I was going to wait but he allowed me to make a payment arrangement because I was paying out of pocket. He had the second windshield with him and ready to go! He gave me all of my options beforehand and looked into the cost and deductible with my insurance (due to me being from Minnesota). He was in contact with me, giving me updates through the day. Furthermore, my car was an absolute disaster due to me being in the process of moving to Wisconsin, he still managed to vacuum up all the glass and cleaned up the mess I made with duct tape on the outside and inside of my vehicle!!!!!
