Elite Auto Glass

This is my second rave review for Elite Auto Glass. This time a speeding dump truck threw a rock onto the windshield of my Audi A4 and left a big crack in it. First I called Madison-dealer-in-every-kind-of-car: annoying, interminable phone tree with no humans, a week to get an estimate for more than $2,000, and we'll call you later when we can make time for you. I left a message for Elite Auto Glass, got a call back within minutes, an estimate for $409 plus tax, and a booking for the following Monday. They came to my house, were careful and courteous, and everything is good again. Same glass, lower-tech operation, down-home small business. I love these guys.

I had a GREAT experience with Elite Auto Glass. They replaced my windshield on the date I requested. They went above and beyond to fit me into a time slot, and even came to the daunting University of WI near the hospital to find my vehicle! I rarely write reviews, but these guys went so far out of their way for me. Unbelievable customer service - friendly, accommodating, and efficient. AND the price was over $100 less than the competition. Great job. My windshield looks awesome.

I was really looking forward to working with Elite. Chad seemed nice and accommodating on the phone and offered a great price for the job. Unfortunately the work that was supposed to be done was never done. Chad never called back to confirm appointments until the hour it was supposed to be done, which ended with a reschedule for the next day. The day the window was supposed to be fixed ended with a no call no show. I do not recommend this business due to lack of communication and poor customer service. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hurt.

I have used Elite Auto Glass in the past so when I need a window replacement I went to them again. They quoted me the price and we set the appointment. I was in and out in less than one hour with them replacing the side window on my wife’s car. Then just two days later the window came off track and would not go back up. I called right away after my called so we could get it fixed there was no answer. I called twice on Thursday and four times on Friday still no answer and no return call. They were the best price I found in Madison but there were also a ton of other great points: the communication was always absolutely prompt and excellent, they were super polite. I made a mistake and gave them the wrong year for my car and despite of that they were still super nice and professional. The service was well done and quick. Good morning, I just wanted to reach out to your company and let you know that your technicians, Chris and Mike (I believe), were just here at my home and did a fantastic job. They were both very professional, informative and friendly. They filled the chip in my windshield very quickly and I had a receipt in my hand all within 15 minutes. At a time when customer service and professionalism seem to have all but disappeared it was so nice to deal with two gentlemen who still know the meaning of both.
