Brandon came to my house to repair my windshield. Had to adjust the appointment time a couple of times and he was very accommodating about it. Once he arrived, he was very courteous and professional. Even while answering a bunch of questions from me. Very pleased with both his customer skills and the work he performed!

Customer service was good. Service tech, Brandon, was nice and easy to understand. He called to confirm time and was honest with the possibility of needing to reschedule due to rain. Explained what to do and not to do after my windshield was replaced. There was some residue on windshield after but Brandon did tell me (before I noticed it) that it was there and that it was because of how hot the sun was on the glass at that time, then he told me what to do about it later when it was cooler.

Brandon is the best at the business. He did a windshield on my Mustang over 1 year ago and did a flawless job. So when my truck got a crack I gave him a call. I called him on a Thursday at 12pm and explained to him that I was leaving for vacation and wanted to see if there was any possible way to get it done for me. He got me done in 24 hrs. This kind of service is why he will do all my vehicles. Thank you again for taking care of me.

Brandon from ultimate auto glass provided outstanding service. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and communicated everything I needed to know regarding my windshield replacement and the associated recalibration. He patiently spent time showing and explaining to me the error codes that he found on my brand new car when he hooked it up for the pre-diagnostic so I could bring it back to the dealer with the knowledge I needed to get them to fix the issues. Brandon was very helpful helping me determine if I should file this via with my insurance. He was very knowledgeable. In addition to doing a perfect job replacing my windshield on my truck he pointed out a couple unrelated issues he noticed which was helpful which I will address. He was recommended by reputable automotive shop in Stuart and I see why. Brandon is a good guy.

We are so happy with our experience with Brandon & his helper who installed a windshield in our Highlander. If needed we would definitely take our vehicle back to Ultimate Glass.
