From the moment we walked in, we were kindly greeted and taken care of immediately. Very clean and comfortable environment, feels like they treat their customers as friends of the family. We had our windshield replaced and the quality of work is second to none. Also was very impressed by the efficiency of the installation, estimated 1-1.5 hrs wait time and we were driving away within 45 minutes. Highly recommend and will be a return customer without question

I called the glass shop and got a quote for the back window on the ladies car. When I got there they found out the original glass they quoted me had missing prongs to the defrost. They showed me and was very very honest and gave me an option to get a brand new window with all prongs. Due to this they made sure we were taken care of. The craftsmanship of these guys was amazing and perfect. I couldn’t have been happier. Thank you guys. We will be back for other vehicles we do own. AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, FANTASTIC I was (am) visiting the area and a freak accident happened to the rental vehicle I was in possession of. I called serval locations that was unable to accommodate me due to it being a holiday. But not USA AUTO GLASS !!!!! I explained my situation to Eduardo and he said let me call you back in 10 min. Within 6 min he was calling me, able to repair the vehicle at waayyyyyy less than my deductible would have been if I had used insurance. We confirmed an appointment time and I was ecstatic. Upon arrival to the shop I was greeted with a friendly greeting. The shop did not have that oily smelly dirty shop s.ell as most any repair shop does. The waiting are was clean and cool. Eduardo looked at my vehicle and said yes we'll take care of it. USA AUTO GLASS TO THE RESCUE.... If you've read this long review know that it could be longer with many more accolades , but I won't bore you. Just head down there and get taken care of by the Best in the West 🤩🤩

This place is terrific! I've had all the power windows replaced in my 2003 Durango in 2021 at apparently a shady place. Now the replacements are failing after just a few years and my windows keep falling into the door panels. I've been to USA Auto Glass for these failures and they have not only been quick to repair the windows, but friendly, very reasonable and a place I would highly recommend for auto glass, tires and wheels. Wow they saved the day today ! This is where I come to fix all my windows ive been coming here since highschool and I'm 39 now they have been here forever they are good fast and they know what they are doing I wouldn't trust my car with just anyone they are super affordable too I went and got the window from pick apart myself For $40 and usa glass charged me $80 to install it you can't beat it anywhere in las veags trust me that's why I come here our technician higuino was super cool thorough and he made sure to get all the glass out I really appreciate it he was so cool and chill he did such a good job we bought him Tommy burgers for lunch he was happy 😎 And so was I I really appreciate USA auto glass they really saved the day i recommend them to everybody in Las Vegas they are the best
