**4/24/2019** Well this is a day early schedule install tomorrow. Alonso was kind enough after proving my income to take my word and a postdated check I'll update this with more details after the installation, however customer service is outstanding thus far by Alonso and half the price Safelite wanted to charge ($400.15) his price ($209) OEM USA Alonso I look forward to doing business with you thanks again you're one in a million see you tomorrow! 😎 ** UPDATE 4/25/2019** Alonso did a great job In 30 minutes he had my car done and on to the next. Saved me a few hundred vs Safelite and other big names. I picked the (+30$ vs other country made) same glass that Safelite wanted $400.15 for. Gotta love paying for 'over-head' (labor). I'm going to recommend anyone who needs any auto glass work to Auto Glass Doctor. And didn't even have ti, thanks Alonso I'll honor my word the same you have. Enjoy the upcoming weekend my friend! They are awesome! I've asked 4 other auto glass shops prior to them, but I decided to get them right after talking to Alonso. He was very prompt! They have the same pricing as the other auto glass shops but what differs them from others are the quality of glass that they have. Together with his brother, it only took them more or less 15 minutes to put my new windshield! Very efficient! This is the best auto glass place I have ever dealt with. The customer service I received when I first called was amazing. They had 3 different levels of glass for the windshield on my RV. Pricing and differences were clearly explained. I got the top level original quality windshield at a very good price and cheaper than any other place I called. I booked the mobile install for two days out. Alonso showed up a few minutes early and did a superb job. He was so friendly, careful, efficient and professional. Thursday night the worst thing I feared happened. My car was vandalized. I was devastated. A little back story: for ten years i was without a car, trying to save the $ to get one. After 2020, my rent started shooting sky high and there went all the savings for my car. The rent went through the roof but my income did not. My family decided they couldn't sit by and watch me struggle any longer and pitched in together and got me this Toyota Camry. It also happened to be my dream car. I've loved it, babied her, and have felt so fortunate to finally have a car, and not just any car, but my DREAM car. Fast forward to this passed Thursday 03/07/24, just past 7pm, when some horribly vicious person/person's busted out my rear window. My brother and sister in law jumped in and found this wonderful repair place and set it up to be fixed. They arrived earlier than expected, worked on my baby, finished it up in very quick time. I was at work, so my sister in law came to be here for them when they arrived. I just got home a little bit ago, and I am standing here crying tears of joy! The work they did is awesome, perfectly done. It is just too beautiful to believe. My sister in law came to give me my key after they were done, and gave me their card. My coworkers daughter has a broken window so I gave her the card my sis gave me. I would recommend this place to anybody! I'm so happy. And just in case you think I'm just a shill, let me assure you, I'm a real person who had exactly happen as I described and these people fixed it beyond what I even imagined. I'm not being dramatic, I'm just overjoyed that my car had her boo-boo fixed and it couldn't look any better. Thank you thank you thank you Glass Dr!. You people know your stuff! The service and quality of the repair is top notch. This is my second time using Auto Glass Doctor and they have exceeded expectations each time. Mariela was very quick to respond when I reached out to inquire about the repair. She offered several options which were very reasonable compared to there companies ontop of flexible availability. The techs, Alonzo and José Luis were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional during the repair. Overall I am very happy with the repair and I will be recommending them to friends/family.

From the intial call to getting a quote Marie made the whole process easy, and answered all of my questions. And assured me that they would call as soon as the parts would come in which she estimated 1 day. Called Wednesday afternoon and by Friday afternoon Alonso came out to fix my window the same day that Marie called and said the part had arrived. He was on time courteous and absolutely professional. Alonso and Marie made the whole process alot better than I thought it would be. I appreciate you guys and the AWESOME, COURTEOUS service you provided. The best part is they come out to your home A+.
