Holden Olson was our installer and his attention to detail and willingness to hunt down a particular style of windshield was greatly appreciated. I called a couple of places before Twin Cities Auto Glass and was dissatisfied with the customer service and vague answers. From the time I was on the my first phone call with Twin Cities Auto Glass, all the way to when Holden was installing the glass I knew I made the right choice. Service was exceptional. From start to finish these folks deliver! I called around a few places before calling Twin Cities Auto Glass, they were the only shop that asked for the VIN, not year make and model. Holden was exceptional. Good communication, on time and willing to go the extra mile. He installed a windshield in a 35 year old convertible that had lots of pieces that needed to be removed and reinstalled, most of them needed seals or sealer that are no longer available. He carefully removed them so they could be reused and added sealer where they probably should’ve when built. Thanks to everyone who makes this shop work like a Swiss time piece.

Holden did a fantastic job on the sunroof replacement on my F350. He’s communication, attention to detail and prompt response was greatly appreciated.
