I brought our 2021 Highlander here as our insurance made it the simplest. The other two times i used this location, they forgot to reinstall my antenna and the other time, installed the wiper arms upside down- you turn the wipers on and they tried going over the hood! This last time, I got in my Highlander to leave from Safelite, and immediately the crash avoidance error was illuminated. I walked back in and was told it came in to the store that way. They told me I should probably go to a Toyota dealership. I said nope- and walked though the codes found in the vehicle with their tech. The installation tech ripped a wire off of the windshield camera heater. The technicians are not familiar with the vehicles they are working on and will try to pass the blame on to the customer. If I wasn't persistent I would've had to pay for Toyota to repair their mess up. Not acceptable for a company to lie and tell a customer that the part they broke was the customers fault.

Received outstanding service today. The receptionist was friendly and made the insurance aspect as easily as possible (she handed me an envelope of documents and said it's all taken care of). I had a question and the technician gave a very detailed and honest response. Nobody gets glass replaced for fun, but if you've got to, these guys are worth a look. *Disclaimer * Insurance company app integrated with Safelite, so it made it easier to go with them than not.And their little jingle that gets stuck in your head is also done in different countries/languages that they operate out of.

There is glue poring out of the seal along roof and looks terrible, the cowl was not put back in right at all, I said something was told it’s a 20 year old car all rotted out and nothing they can do when in fact the car is in really nice shape and it’s a well taken care bmw! And if the person that took it apart knew how to put it back together the way it came apart it would not be flopping around and it looks terrible I will never go back to the Hudson one again!

I mentioned my frustration in trying to correct my address on the email notices where my car would be for the glass repair without success to the tech. It wasn’t until I received a text, not a email, from the tech that I was able to correct it. He asked if I wanted him to mention it to his supervisor. I said, yes. Later, I approached the tech to ask if he preferred a check or credit card for payment for the windshield wipers. He told me his supervisor forgave the cost for the wipers. He then mentioned his supervisor wanted their customers to be completely satisfied. I didn’t expect that when I had mentioned my disappointment Safelite Glass went out of their way to make me feel completely satisfied. Thank you. Raymond

I had a gentleman come out to replace my windshield, when cutting out the old windshield he somehow got the roof of my truck. Not a nick, a huge ground out spot all the way down to bare metal. I informed the location and spoke with the manager, sent him pictures and had decent communication with him and even went to a body shop for a quote, turns out Safelite did $2000 worth of damage!!! He told me he was sending the information to corporate for approval but it wouldn't be an issue, the damage was very clearly done by the person replacing the windshield and he even told me about it and told me he would inform his supervisor, I doubt he ever told them. My last communication from the manager Ryan was on May 21st and I've sent 2 follow up emails with 0 response since then. Absolutely, unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't trust them and don't let your insurance coming use them, they are dishonest and do poor work. I've been communicating with my insurance provider so hopefully they can get their money back.

Took my 2021 Tacoma in for a a windshield replacement after hail damage. Safelite is a great shop if you want a low quality product installed by a low quality company. They won't give you one, but two leaky windshields and in return cost you thousands of dollars in repairs from water damage. Try to contact management about it? Good luck. Ended up taking my vehicle into the dealership where they found all the damage. Contacted not only the hudson location but also Safelite corporate. It took two months to get my vehicle back because of Safelites incompetence and unorganization. Would not recommend.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
