Don’t bother. Got an offer and made time to be around. He never called no text. Then I reached out and he told me two people called off. Set another day and then he didn’t show up again. I think he is VERY inexperienced and I’m glad I didn’t pay 3 times what I was just quoted by another company recommended by my insurance company. Watch out or you will waste your time

Need the option to award more stars!! This company was immediately available and so kind and helpful throughout the process. They were at my home within a few hours of calling and finished the job quickly. The work looks fantastic. I would absolutely call them before I call anyone else if I have the unfortunate luck of needing them again.

I have been trying for over a month to get my windshield replaced slow to respond back was a overstatement. Said he would do the job last Thursday or Friday never got a phone call. Called Monday again voicemail with no response. If you couldn’t do it just say so, you said some of your windows were damaged but that mine wasn’t one of them. If you were having supply issues I can understand that or if your to busy just say so. Wanted to give a small business my business,. I hope you respond to your future customers better. Thought I already left a review. Excellent service, customer service, and all. Great prices if you have to pay out-of-pocket. Had them replace the rear window on an S10 a year or so ago and did a great job with install and cleanup. They came right to my house which was great cause my truck wasn't in a condition to be on the road at that time. Just called them today for an estimate cause I couldn't find details of who did my s10 replacement. Guy remembered my truck, which was nice. Scheduled another replacement with them today. Will definitely use again if needed and recommend to all friends and family needing window replacement

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! After calling a dozen places Tim’s had the BEST price and amazing customer service! Tim was very busy when I reached out but he asked me to text him my cars information and he reached back out within an hour with pricing and offered to come to me the same day!
