The lady that answered the phone was very rude to my mother and I. I will save her from the embarrassment by not including her name but she hung up on my mom when she was trying to ask about other options on getting her car window fixed. I called, spoke with a man, he was very pleasant and apologized for the incident and said he could see what he can do about getting my mom another appointment or even coming to her job to fix it. I was put on hold and after a few minutes, I heard the phone hang up. I’m like “oh maybe they tried to take me off of hold and accidentally hung up” so I called back and the rude lady answered and said they were longer interested in doing business and threatened to call the police for harassment and hung up. No explanation or anything. The fact that she wasn’t woman enough to explain to me why she didn’t want to do business with my mother after she hung up on her showed me how rude and unprofessional she is. I pray nobody treats her mother that way or treat her that way if she was to try and advocate for her mother. God bless her and that business. Idk if she was having a bad day but I hope she gets the help she needs 😊 Thank you again to the man that was so kind to me. Sorry you work with someone like that but I’m sure you will go far in life with the positive attitude you showed.

So I had my back windshield replaced by Michael about 6 weeks ago. He first called around 1pm and informed him that I wasn't available yet. I had told the guy who booked my appt on that Wednesday that my uncle funeral was that Friday at 11a. So he said he could schedule me from the window of 2p-5p. I informed Michael of this and he kind of got a little snippy about it. I asked him if he can make me his last stop because we were on our way to the cemetery. He ended up calling me around 250p and said he was 30 minutes away. I told him I wasn't home the car is unlocked. Michael called me about 355p stating he was done(now I'm thinking to myself that was quick). While we were talking he made a statement that he got everything up the best he could. I asked him "what do you mean by the best you could? Because I was told by the appointment guy that you all will get all the glass up." Michael said "I got the glass up that I can see. You may have some strangling and you won't be disappointed." Well when I got home, I was very disappointed. There was glass all in my driveway, my grass, in my trunk, in the groves of my trunk, in the back window seal and visibly on my backseats & floors. My instinct of no way he got that done and cleaned up in 30 minutes, was right. I have never seen a mess like this for service that I paid for. It was like he came, took the windshield out, put the new one in and just left. My neighbor came out and even said the same thing as she heard me complaining. She said he did my car so fast that she thought he was coming back. So I ended up calling Michael and talking to him. And his tone and demeanor was so unacceptable that my father had to step in. Michael was very arrogant and nonchalant about the situation. Basically saying that it was not his problem that Auto glass discounters don't supply them with brooms. My dad was trying to be civil with him and let him know like man you could of got the vacuum and got the glass up. Michael said he ended up dropping the windshield and did the best he could because he had no more room in his vacuum. Like seriously that's not our problem. And after checking the windshield, it even had some scratches on it. I ended up talking to the owner who was very apologetic and said he would take care of Michael and was going to send me a gift card out for my inconvenience and troubles. Waited 2 weeks and never received anything in the mail. Then the owner happened to text me saying he received the gift back as returned/invalid address. Like come on now that's the oldest trick in the book.

I arrived on time for my appointment. They immediately took my keys and drove my car around back offered me to watch TV and a glass of water. I hung out on my phone and about an hour or so later just like a doctor coming into town a family member a surgery is over. They told me my car was ready. They were polite efficient. Very fairly priced. When I asked them what part of Columbus they were in and they said Westerville, they maybe should’ve said they were closer to short north though, but seriously how many people are good at geography?😂 Thanks guys!

My fiance called yesterday these guys Monday morning because she said she could find me a better price after I had already called several other auto glass companies and scheduled one to come out.Jeff answered and gave us a price that beat all the other quotes by 150% if we scheduled the job for Tuesday instead of Monday. We told him we really needed the glass for today and he said it would be about $75 more and they would come out between 12pm and 3pm. We agreed to this as the price was still $80 cheaper than anyone else that would come and replace the windshield at our house the same day. So we gave our Info and canceled the other company I had scheduled to come out after 5pm. So we waited around all day for them to show up. At 3pm we called them back asking if the tech was running late as we have not seen or heard from anyone yet. Kyle who answered the phone this time asked our name and could not find us in the system. He then asked about the vehical which we told him the vehical and our address. He said he does not see us on any schedule and asked that we hold on while he trys to get ahold of Jeff to find out what happened. He came back saying that we were actually out of there mobile repair radius that they service. We had no missed calls, text or emails making us aware that we needed to find another repair shop to service us. We canceled the other scheduled service center and lost our whole day without a car as the windshield was so bad it could not be driven because a tree branch busted it almost all the way through. We thought with the 5 star rating they had and the best prices in town that we found the holy grail of auto glass repair shops but instead we found out that even they they screwed up they wouldn't drive a little further out of there area to make it right since In no way was it our fault.

With their already low prices, we got even more of a discount. It was well worth the drive from Harrison, Ohio. His location is easy to find, got us in quick and finished the job in a timely manner. We are very pleased with Peyton’s work. He is outgoing and very professional. We highly recommend Auto Glass Discounters for any of you glass needs.
