Wow, absolutely awesome customer service. After waiting 3 hours for a return phone call from the largest provider in Texas, I finally cancelled my appointment after 3 follow up calls to the tech that was supposed to come to my location (never returned a single call). Looked online for other local providers and found Texas Star. Called them up, and to my surprise they could get me in the same day and their prices were half of what the other provider was offering. Being from out of state I was not sure who I could take my SUV too. I showed up, received an honest diagnosis of what they could do, and also what might happen in some circumstances. I told him to get it done. 20 minutes later it was done, he said that it was not as bad as he initially thought and that I was good to go. I told both my daughters who live in the area about my experience, and they were not surprised as they know how good the people of Texas are! If you need an honest appraisal or diagnosis choose Texas Star Auto Glass they were awesome!

Ritchie and the kind folks at Texas Star made the process of getting a new windshield as painless as possible. They were persistent with my non-responsive insurance company, and the actual windshield replacement was a breeze—done and fully calibrated in about an hour. Their office was so pleasant, I’m glad we took the car in rather than having them come to us. (The decision was based on the fact that the calibration could only be done in-house or at the dealer, but it worked out great!) Their waiting area was comfortable, reception was warm and welcoming, and the rest of the staff was friendly and communicative. I don’t want another cracked windshield, but I know where I’ll go if I do. I highly recommend Texas Star for anyone who needs efficient, professional glass service by nice, friendly people.

I called Texas Star Auto Glass as soon as my State Farm agent processed my claim for replacement of my windshield. The nice lady who answered the phone at Texas Star Auto Glass scheduled their Technician, Taylor Moore, to come to my house the very next morning. In the morning, Taylor called me at the start of my four-hour appointment window to introduce himself and to say that he was on his way. He promptly arrived in twenty minutes and immediately started on the windshield. He made quick and careful work of replacing it all while staying engaged in a great conversation with me. If you need auto glass services, then I strongly recommend going with Texas Star Auto Glass and asking for Taylor. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I went to Texas Star Auto Glass because the plastic trim piece at the top of the rear sliding window of my Ford F150 was loose and was falling off. I walked inside the business and was greeted by Taylor. He took a look at the problem, which he was familiar with, as apparently it is a common issue with F150s that have the sliding rear window. Taylor told me he could fix the problem while I waited, and he wouldn’t charge me anything. I have seen YouTube videos of this same repair where the technicians were charging $100, so to have mine repaired at no charge was nothing short of amazing, and said a lot about Taylor and this business! Within 15 minutes or so, Taylor had completed the repair and I was on my way. Of course, I made sure to give Taylor a little something so he could go and enjoy a good lunch. I highly recommend Texas Star Auto Glass, and I’ll be referring my family and friends to them.

I recently brought a GMC Yukon in for a windshield replacement at Texas Star Automotive Services and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The facility itself is incredibly nice and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the moment you step inside. Even the bathroom was spotless, and the refreshment area was a nice touch, making the wait more comfortable. What truly sets Texas Star Automotive apart, though, is their exceptional staff. Autumn at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly, setting a high standard for customer service that was consistent throughout my visit. Her professionalism and warmth were notable and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. Additionally, having the chance to go back and watch Brady work on the windshield was an unexpected highlight. Not only was it fascinating to see the skill and attention to detail involved, but it also provided an opportunity to chat with Brad about the business. Learning about how Texas Star Automotive got started and hearing about their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction firsthand was genuinely inspiring. Overall, my experience at Texas Star Automotive Services was outstanding. The combination of a clean and welcoming environment, top-notch customer service, and the chance to gain insight into the business directly from its staff made for a memorable visit. I was very pleased with the service I had with these guys. The people all around are very nice and friendly and were very welcoming. They worked with me with my front windshield on my 2020 Acura MDX. At first I had an issue with a different glass that my vehicle itself was not accepting (due to sensors and codes) and they were so helpful throughout the process. They helped me with my claim process along the way and were very informative with everything. When I was able to go pick up my vehicle they had topped of my gas (of course it needed to be a full tank to calibrate my sensors) they didn't have to fill it up all the way but for me it's the little things that make a huge difference. Such kindness is far gone these days, but it was definitely here at this shop. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs glass repair here.
