Such a great experience. I was so not looking forward to getting my windshield replaced and didn't want to go thru my insurance. Gave Shawn my VIN and he texted me right back with a quote and could get me in the next morning at 9 am. It took less then 45 mins and was cheaper then paying my out of pocket deductible and was a lot less then car dealership and big name auto glass places I had quotes at. One of the easiest experiences I have had. I highly recommend using them for any windshield repair!!

Fantastic and responsive service. They were accommodating and found time the next day for an appointment. They even provided a shuttle service back to my home after i dropped off the truck. And they were kind enough to drop the vehicle off at my home so i did not need to coordinate a ride back. This went through my insurance's glass coverage and was seamless here as well since they were a recommended installer already. They re calibrated the driver assist on my 2019 Ford given the new windshield and it works perfect. This was a great experience and highly recommend this team in McKinney.

This company is a ripoff. I’d advise to use safelite auto glass as I’ve done in the past. This time I purchased this Groupon and my first mistake was not contacting the company to find out how it worked. I figured it would come in handy one day and since I didn’t need it at the time I didn’t think to call. Once I was ready to use it I called the company the man was really brief and asked me to text my vehicle information Which I did. Unknowingly to me the whole transaction would be discussed by text. Which I didn’t really have a problem with until it was time to pay. Text messages are misunderstood all the time and I feel this could have been avoided if we had discussed this verbally. I would have said No from the jump. First off the day that he was supposed to fix it he arrived just to say that he didn’t have whatever he needed and would be back the next day. After asking what type of car it was he still showed up with the wrong glass. He came back the next day as he said. However once the work was completed I was being asked to pay $100 more than what we had discussed. So he told me to check my text messages. Which I did. My interpretation was I owed $195 which I thought was to much. I was complaining to him about the $195. I felt like they were over charging and then saying they applied $100 to make it sound like it was a discount.. Seeing how we had only pay $250 previously to get it fixed But since I had already paid the the Groupon I decided I would go ahead and use it. In the text he stated “I can do it for $295 installed plus tax, including our Groupon discount” I thought he meant he would include the Groupon towards the $295 but once the work was completed he said that the $295 was owed after using the coupon. Which really was surprising. I can’t believe that he’s charging $400 to replace glass 🤯. I’ve never paid that much but that what I get for trying to use a company that I’ve never heard of. After arguing back and forth and asking him to just put my cracked window back. He said he couldn’t so I told him I would go ahead pay it. But then his credit card machine declined the charge multiple times. He asked me to call the bank which the bank had us on hold for over 50 min. The guy then get impatient and starts saying his going to call the police even though he could hear the bank having us on hold. The police came I showed them that we had been on hold with the bank. Friendly, professional, on time, communicative, and they did an excellent job with much better prices than Safelite. It's worth noting that before you get a quote on replacing the windshield, check to confirm if your windshield has any technology in it such as cameras or sensors. These folks care about getting the job done right and want to make sure you get an exact replacement, so if they discover your windshield has something like a camera or sensors in it, they may need to get a different windshield that exactly matches what you have and the quote will have to be updated. This wasn't the case for my car as my windshield doesn't have any of that, but this is a misunderstanding that comes up from time to time with auto glass repair businesses.

I had a huge crack in the windshield of my Jeep. I got quotes from 4 or 5 local auto glass shops. The response from A+ Freedom was very fast and they definitely gave me the best rate. Other companies would give me a price and then they would tack a "glass recycling fee" of $40-$60 on top of what I was going to have to pay for the windshield. A+ Freedom didn't do that. They quoted me their price and told me what it would be with tax included, and that is exactly what I ended up paying. I very much appreciate a no-nonsense, straightforward company! They got me scheduled for the next day, arrived on time, and were in and out in about 20 minutes! The guys that came out were very polite and professional. Hopefully it'll be a long time before I need a new windshield, but I am definitely adding their phone number to my contacts list. I highly recommend this business!

Great experience with AAA Freedom Auto Glass. I found this company when getting quotes for my windshield replacement. Not only did they come to me but their quote was half of what I was quoted by Safelite. I was able to have my windshield replaced within 2 days of reaching out and they showed up at the beginning of my time widow and even gave me a 10 minute warning that they were on the way.
