T & S Auto Glass

I've used T&S auto glass twice in the past month. First time was to repair a tiny chip in my windshield, smooth process making appointment and taken care of quickly. Less than two weeks later I was hit by an object that made a huge bullseye crack that spread out to each corner requiring the entire windshield to be replaced. This was a nerve racking experience, over a holiday weekend and with a tough work schedule I was concerned about not having the use of my car. Nancy was amazing at reducing my stress and helping to arrange for technicians to come to my house at the soonest time possible while I was at work to replace the windshield for me. I felt completely taken care of throughout the process even with limited access to communication on my end during week days. They even left a note in the car with some important post replacement instructions like not to get a car wash for 24 hours etc. they followed up with me to make sure I was all set. Just great customer service overall, and I really appreciate the quick response! Hopefully I won't need to use them anytime soon, but I know it will be a seamless process whenever necessary. I'll never go anywhere else for glass issues! T&S is #1 ! Thank you guys.

I would like to send a shout out to Monte and Christina for the excellent service I received on getting the fog lights repaired on my Nissan Juke. The passenger side light was replaced in 2019 by T & S Auto Glass. When I had to call again in 2021 for the driver's side light, Monte had remembered the challenges regarding the first replacement. They did a great job and I highly recommend. Christina was as helpful as I think anyone possibly could be after working to get my appointment setup after an issue with the insurance company. Deonte was here bright and early to get it done. Was friendly and left the vehicle nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the "calibration" for my forward facing cameras. As a Tesla owner I can do that process by myself and don't see the need for them to drive my car around for 30 minutes. But other than that they do a great job and I would highly recommend and I will definitely use them in the future.

Had a cracked windshield in my sons car, and called the insurance company. You never know what you are going to get with insurance replacements, right? Well, struck gold on this one! Deonte, a Master Technician with over 10+ years, texted us that they were on their way, so we knew when to expect them. Deonte was professional, very clean appearance, and knew his stuff. Had the window removed, and replaced in no time on the vehicle. He answered my questions, and it was completed. No extra hidden charges, just a perfect replacement window, installed professionally and quickly in my driveway. I would highly recommend using them as they are very professional and stand behind their work. They replaced a windshield for me, and there was a slight defect in the glass that didn't seal it correctly, and I ended up with some interior damage from a storm a day later. T&S didn't question anything and said they would take care of it, and they did. The windshield was fixed, and the interior was completely repaired. Hands down a company that cares about their customers. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by my technician Joe. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job replacing my windshield. The company was extremely helpful from providing information ahead of time as to the whole procedure, what was covered including warranty, recalibration of safety features, etc. He called to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. I was paying out of pocket and the value for my money was excellent. Prices were very competitive and I would highly recommend them.
