Easy to find, free handicap accessible parking. Staff was on time, friendly, efficient and well trained. Fix my windshield in what seemed like moments. The impact on my windshield left a big star. After repair I estimate it was 80% gone and for $75.00 I'm very happy. Thank you all.

I will call them again! A live person answered the phone and cared for what I needed,and they where very reasonable on there price with me when I did have a windshield not covered,! There Great and there installer did a great job an friendly!

This is a shout out to Brock, and the Peoria Stephens Auto glass team. Originally was not a great situation in the least from another branch, but won’t dive into that. After being informed of the issue at hand, and how it was being handled by the previous manager. Brock immediately contacted me asking questions, getting pictures, and also taking care of the damage that was done from the previous installation by another tech that has since been resolved internally and with haste. It was the most on top of, courteous, respectful, and taking responsibility/being genuinely apologetic for the company, I was beyond impressed. And no I would never expect someone to come crawling back to me with hat in hand, and begging for forgiveness. That’d be pretty ridiculous to expect. (usually just get a quick half sorry while trying to shove you out of the door or even better when they start to insult you because they can’t take responsibility or be adult enough to actually know how to provide customer service or even as little as have a conversation) But Brock invited me down, inspected the vehicle on site, showed me the entire process of what he was going to do, how and when he was going to do it, and even showing me all the communication/information that was available as well as sat and listened to the entirety of the story, as well as agreeing with how ridiculous everything got especially with the timeframe (which again was not his or Peoria’s fault, was other parties involved) He didn’t have to but made me feel much better that someone in that entire situation from MULTIPLE PARTIES, he and Stephens Auto Glass in Peoria were the only ones to actually communicate, and actually deal with you like a person and not a number. So Brock and the Stephens Auto Glass team in Peoria, you have my deepest thanks and gratitude for getting things taken care of right and how they should have been done 4 months earlier. Also not only for being the only ones to work the extra mile and actually take charge of the situation, but also taking the time to talk, answer questions, listen, and get the issue resolved. Thank you again and hopefully this review helps people see what y’all are capable of doing

Thank you guys so much! My windshield needed replaced I got a great deal and then when my truck started having problems they came in early and stayed late to make sure my kids and I were back on the road safe! I will never go anywhere other than to them!

Excellent Fast Honest Service. They have fixed a few windshields for me & even replaces one but I was most impressed with the last time I called them. I thought I had a new crack but when they examined it, it was a previous fixed spot that I forgot about. They were honest and told me all was fine and didn’t fix what didn’t need fixing. I truely appreciate that. They stand behind their work!!
