On 14 Apr 2023 I had a minor minor nick in my front windshield from a rock and was told to go to Satellite that they could fill the nick with a material (liquid epoxy type stuff) that would keep a crack from ruining my windshield. The guy at the front did say "putting on our machine and the process it would add pressure to the window and there is a small risk that there would be small cracks" There. were two cracks about 3/4 of an inch but "it should be ok for the stuff we put it should keep it from spreading" In the next few days each crack grew to about 12 inches long. Now a month after going in the window is ruined for sure with one crack going up to an edge and the other running all the way across the windshield to about 2.5 feet long. The nick repair was $60 and covered by insurance....a windshield replacement is about $900 and up and only after deductible insurance can kick in..... DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH A SMALL NICKNegativeQuality

Hello I had a great experience at first with Safelite Auto Glass, my window turned out amazing , but my window pillar got some slight damage and one of the technicians didn't say anything about it. I noticed while I was driving out to get dinner that my right side pillar fabric was ripped. Yes I have a 2002 Infiniti Q45 sedan but guess what it's my sedan and I love this car I'll take very good care of it. The technicians should have let us know immediately the manager and myself that he had damaged the pillar. I called the store the manager said hey go get me a receipt and I'll take care of it for you I went in and let him see the damage he said okay go get a receipt and we'll take care of it. They took care of it quickly and fast as possible. While waiting to do this I noticed that the driver side windshield trim was not sticking down whatsoever you can see completely through the thick glass caulking that they use. I came back in the next day they gave me the money for the window pillar and also pulled my car into the shop and fix all of the trim around the outside of the glass and I was totally satisfied. The only reason they got a four is because the technician didn't take care of it immediately when it happened and I shouldn't have two had to come back. Overall great experience good employees great customer service.

A very Dear Friend of mine is on a trip from PA to Iowa. Unfortunately, on their way into Ohio that had a mishap that led to the windshield on her 2020 Honda CR-V getting cracked. Fortunately for her, she called Safelite in Peoria, IL ahead of time to schedule an appointment to have the windshield replaced while she was in Dialysis. The technician that came out was very courteous and professional. So, thank you Safelite of Peoria for helping a Friend in her time of need. I will be sure to only give Safelite my business for any automotive glass needs going forward.

I couldn’t believe how easy the online booking process was. It was so convenient! I was surprised to see so many available appointment times to choose from. I appreciated the text and email reminders. The actual appointment was flawless. The front desk was kind and quick to explain the process. The area was spotless and clean. I was told the process would take 2-3 hours, but my windshield was replaced in just over an hour! I appreciated the wiped down glass and cleaned front floor mats. Flawless experience!

I was driving to my car dealership when suddenly a car passed me on the right side and threw up a small stone into my windshield. After a loud bang a quarter sized impact impression was left in my windshield. I called my insurance and they said a safelite agent would call me back. The agent called me back within a few minutes and the repair was scheduled for the next day at my house. The agent called me the next morning and told me what time they would arrive. They in fact arrived a few minutes early. The repair technician educated me on the process and the end result. Less than an hour later my windshield was repaired and it was completely restored. I trust Safelite JDG
