This company was right on time! My issue happened on a Sunday but they were able to still respond and get me a quote same day. Initially I would have had to wait until Tuesday but late Sunday night a representative contacted me with a last minute cancellation and scheduled me next day. I was so happy and this was the start of exemplary customer service. The gentlemen also stayed in communication with details and need-to-knows from initial contact until the end of job! They were speedy and did fantastic work 👏 👍

Shatter Master is AMAZING!!!! During my visit to NOLA my car window was broken into and we needed it fixed to make the 15 hour drive home. No one else could help me for several days. When I told Roy I was in a time crunch he went out of his way and drove to multiple scrap yards until he found the part we needed and fixed it the next day! They got all the broken glass cleaned up and even cleaned the window after installation.
