Dan got a piece of debris stuck in my defrost vent while he was installing my new windshield. This causes an INSANE rattling noise when I drive and I commute an hour to work each way every day. I’ve texted the installer and Emily multiple times and both have been unresponsive in helping me fix this. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction, repeat business, or doing a quality job. I’ve been driving for MONTHS with an annoying noise that my car speakers can’t even drown out and neither of them have shown any interest in helping me fix it. He also left my dashboard a mess with leaves, pollen, and even a dead ladybug to greet me when I got my car. Definitely not going back. Lots of other places will pay you more money to get your windshield replaced and do a better job than them.

I got my windshield replaced through them a couple of months back. A few days after, the plastic protector around my rear view mirror popped off. They came out to come and try and put it back on but it didn't stay. I was told that their warranty will cover this repair, but Emily has gone silent and they are not responding to my calls or messages. I have even had my insurance company reach out to them twice and every time they say that when they spoke with the shop they said that they will be in touch with me and that hasn't happened for the last several weeks I have been trying to get a hold of them. I would not suggest this shop.

I had my windshield calibration done by Caleb, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He reached out as soon as he received the work order, kept me updated on timing, and answered all my questions. The calibration itself was flawless—quick, precise, and professional. If you need windshield work done right and want someone who actually communicates throughout the process, Caleb’s your guy. Highly recommend!

There’s never been anything positive or negative for me to make one auto glass company stand out from another. But I was genuinely impressed this time. On top of being communicative, on time, personable, and quick…Danny knows more than what someone needs to in order to install a new windshield. There are additional steps with newer cars to do a complete job. I had no idea. He’s just smart and knows the business. He’s now in my contacts as my go-to.

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give less. Do not use. When my windshield was fixed the did not put the rubber strip back on my drivers side sealing the windshield. I have been trying to get in touch with them but keep getting hung up on and the run around! This place is no reputable and does not stand behind their shotty incompetent work.

I get a lot of txts from them and chose to use them. They’re bad at scheduling but they eventually got me down for a Saturday 10-2. Waited and at 230 I txted them asking if we were still good and they tell me windshield broke on the way to me. Hard to believe but I guess. Very frustrating.
