They are Good nah they are Great!! They are your voice and will fight for you!!My insurance company did not want to replace they wanted to repair. They took some additional pictures and sent it Geico and finally it was insured for full replacement.. Not only that, but there was a part that locked in my glass and that was missing and they got that replaced as well. I could have gotten more money, but never and I mean NEVER could I have gotten better customer service !! Call them, like call them NOW!!! This is your company!!

I know there’s so many options when it comes to windshield replacement and the choice can be overwhelming. But everything from start to finish with Align was amazing. Christina made the process with State Farm quick and easy. She was available and communicative to get my apportionment scheduled and rescheduled when necessary. The install was amazing. The tech came to my job and worked super quickly while I was at work myself. He was kind and thorough and the windshield has been perfect! I really appreciate them so much and highly recommend!

My experience with Align Autoglass was beyond Excellence! Initially my call to them was missed, and I don't care to leave messages so I hung up and reached someone else. During my conversation with the other windshield company, a txt message appeared that began with an apology for the missed call from Angel with Align Autoglass, so after gathering all the information from the other company, I continued to read the message as this statement caught my attention; Let's cut to the chase. My thought was YES! this individual is going to make my life easier. Angel walked me through the process and two of our vehicle windshields were replaced the very next day! Angel your communication and enthusiasm was amazing from start to finish. Thank you again Angel with Align Autoglass. Customers for LIFE!

I saw a sign by the side of the road, so I was a little skeptical, so I called and got their website. Turns out a legit company with lots of positive reviews. I booked a windshield replacement and everything went really well. Jeff the installer was great and really knew his stuff. Install was flawless, along with recalibration on my camera (Honda). Install was mobile and came to my work which was nice. Invoice was sent to my phone and payment was easy. I saved some money vs going with my insurance preferred provider. I am dreading the first chip I get in the new glass... but this is Phoenix and that's our environment here.

If I can give this company more than 5 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. The process from start to finish was amazing. Even when I didn’t have the full funds they were willing to do payments (although I paid upfront). Christina was helpful with getting me scheduled fast she was able to worked with my schedule. My installation was today 02/27/25 and my tech Jeff was amazing as well. He was able to call me 2 hours prior to my original appointment on his ETA. However, he calls me 10 mins later asking me if he can arrive sooner because there was a cancellation. Of course I said absolutely and was able to get my windshield replaced sooner than expected. Once he was finished he gave me a call to let me know it was complete and I was amazed on how my baby looked. He brought her back to life. Jeff even found my lost parking tag and went out of his way to tie some string to it because it was broken. He honestly didn’t have to but he was so sweet about it. I do highly recommend Align Autoglass for any of your window repairs. Plus side their cash pay price was waaaaay better compared to the competitors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 7 stars review.

Been working with this company for 3+ yrs wouldn’t go to anyone else! So hassle free NO DOWNLOADING apps to take pics. When an auto glass company lead me to think they still worked with this company they had me download an app which wouldn’t stop crashing and go through this annoying and inconvenient process just to find out they couldn’t even get us on the schedule and do the job! All that hassle for nothing!! I reconnect with Christina and had everything set up easy peasy same day and they are mobile so they came to me just a two days later the work was done and it was immaculate!! The worker did a wonderful job. I will never go to anybody else. The cash incentive is nice but this company is so good that even without the cash incentive I would pick them over any other company!!!
