I've been in at this one three times. The first time was good, but every single time after that has been crap. The second time I went in, they replaced the window three times due to them replacing it incorrectly. Now, this is the third time I've gone in to get my window replaced. I have had to reschedule my appointment two times due to either a broken replacement or the wrong windshield. If they do it again, I will stop going to the safelight permanently and go out of my way to get it closed!

Got a nasty rock chip on our way out of town, that grew all across my windshield before we arrived back home. I called and scheduled service and they easily adjusted it for a windshield replacement. They got me in even earlier than scheduled and finished the windshield repair quickly and did a WONDERFUL JOB. I also was an idiot and after the replacement the car reset to factory settings and I couldn’t fix the lane assist in settings. Nick (the technician) had me come right back to fix it and he didn’t laugh when we both realized it was user error on my part. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. He answered all my questions and was extremely helpful!

We got a rock chip while traveling. We came in without an appointment 15 minutes before closing time (the day before a holiday) with little expectation of getting in, but desperate because we knew it would split the windshield of our month-old car in the cold weather. The store manager, Jenn, was truly a lifesaver and had us pull the car into their garage where she immediately set to work. She cleaned all the windows while waiting for the resin to seal. She and other other woman employee (sorry I didn't get her name) were so kind to our caravan of family members. We were very impressed and so thankful for their professional service in our time of great need.

The on-site repair option is phenomenal. The technicians that we've had service, repair, or replace our windshields have been professional, personable, and prompt. The repairs have been superior in the quailty and durability. Brogan was the most recent technician that repaired our windshields and he was prompt and called for clarification on our address and location which can be confusing when only using Google maps because of our rural location. He arrived early and answered questions and efficiently completed his work. Two thumbs up!

First appointment had to be rescheduled due to the windshield not arriving on the truck on time, which I fully understand. However, the following appointment was scheduled to be done at my house, so that we didn’t have to wait in their waiting room (this was our only vehicle so we had to wait with the vehicle), but they had to move it in shop. Arrived at 8am, our scheduled time, the first car to arrive, and we still ended up waiting over two and a half hours (after we were told it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour). During this time we watched two other cars get done with windshield replacement, who were owned by people not having to wait in the waiting room. I hate complaining, but this is straight up annoying.

Few days ago my appointment to have a windshield replaced was canceled because the new windshield was damaged. Yesterday I showed up for my rescheduled 4:00 appointment, and I was asked if I was going to leave my car because it was going to be over a hour before they could start on my car. "They were running behind." Living about 30 miles away that's not possible. Also, it did not seem like they would even finish with my car the before they closed. I just walked out very upset. Never again, I rescheduled for another week later for a home repair. I am not sure why I even I came back to this Safelite. The time before I had to wait for two hours while shaking from the cold when sitting in their tiny cold waiting area. Also, I had to go back because one of the wipers was not put on correctly hitting too far down. I had to drive in wet snowy weather like that.
