Nu-Vu Auto Glass

We've used this local service location for years (previously Johns Glass). Same employees and always friendly, quick and efficient. For example, today, while driving down the interstate, we got a rock chip and called to see if they could squeeze us in. We arrived at noon and we're fixed and out the door in 20 minutes!!! Our chip was even in a tough spot, but they fixed it perfectly.

We had a chip in our windshield and set out to get it repaired. Our first stop was another auto glass shop in town. After walking into the office and being ignored for several minutes, we decided to go to Tint and Trim. They were so very helpful and got our chip taken care of right away! The price was great! The staff was friendly and very attentive! They will definitely have all of our future business!

These guys were amazing!!!! Their mobile tech was punctual, had no trouble finding my home, as well as, fast, efficient and very pleasant to interact with. Their secretary, with whom I set my appointment was super nice and made it so easy to get my claim going. I definitely won't be taking my business anywhere else for my auto glass needs. NuVu is definitely the place to go.

We want to thank the NuVu team ... I had been out on the 15 fwy and my sunroof shattered. Luckily I was near the hyundai dealer in town... I took it to their service dept. After them telling me the part wouldn't be there for 7 to 10 days and it would take 15 HOURS to fix once the part got there. The price for this $6000 + .... My wife's cousin had used NuVu before and was satisfied with their service ... so we took my 2023 Hyundai Palisade. Heather was awesome ... asked the technician to look at it to see if they could do it.. he said no problem .. and it would take less than an hour after getting the part. The part wasn't available at their parts supplier but could be overnighted . Made an appt for 2 days out in case it didn't make overnight. Dropped car off at 9am ... no part yet but was out for delivery. Got a text ( which i really appreciated) about the appt and that the work was done at 345pm. I was a happy customer. Especially since I am a visitor from California and could not see driving for 12hours with a hole in the roof. THANKS AGAIN !!!! OH and the best part ... SAVED ME $4500 DOLLARS AND AT LEAST 5 PLUS DAYS .

Had a great experience at Nu Vu Auto Glass in Pocatello. They did all the work on my truck to perfection as well as were timely and the front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have had a better experience, honestly. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

had our truck tinted here paid 425,the front glasses weren’t what we agreed on, had some miscommunication with heather at the front desk, she was pretty hard to work with even considered taking the truck somewhere else. the quote to fix it was more than the initial cost of each window then she gave us 50$ off to fix because it was it “wasn’t her fault”. ended up talking with Sean Whitworth awesome guy ! said he’d fix it completely for FREE since it was a mistake !! glad everything worked out truck looked awesome
