Jacqueline went above and beyond for me when I brought my car in after someone broke into it leaving it a complete disaster. Her kindness and generosity in helping me went above and beyond the call of duty. I got an appointment quickly through my insurance. I was able to leave my car and get it quickly returned with a beautiful new window. The process was fast and easy and the customer service was amazing. The only thing that they didn't do a great job on was vacuuming out all the broken glass. There was still a ton of glass everywhere so I ended up just getting it detailed which did the trick. Otherwise 10/10 for everything else! Thank you again Jacqueline!!

Women Beware – Horrible Experience at Safelite in Bridgeport, CT If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my husband’s brand new Tesla into Safelite AutoGlass in Bridgeport for what should’ve been a straightforward window repair. I was originally quoted around $600, which seemed steep, but manageable. When I returned to pick up the car, I was blindsided with a bill for over $1,300. Why? Because they decided they needed to “recalibrate the Tesla computer” — something they never mentioned beforehand. But it gets worse. When I pointed out a loud whistling noise coming from the new window, they casually told me, “Oh, that’s just air leaking — it needs to settle first. Come back after a few hundred miles and we’ll take a look.” Excuse me? I just paid $1,300 for a repair that still needs fixing, and now I’m supposed to drive around in a brand new car with a faulty seal and hope it magically fixes itself? To top it all off, the staff was incredibly dismissive and condescending. As a woman, I was spoken to like I had no idea what I was talking about. It was painfully clear they didn’t take me seriously — the tone and facial expressions. I left feeling belittled and taken advantage of. Ladies: if you value being treated with respect — or expect transparency and competence when it comes to your vehicle — stay far, far away from this place. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a $60,000 car. Total ripoff. Completely unprofessional. Shame on you, Safelite Bridgeport.

Paid almost 500$ and they wait until after i pay to inform me that they damaged my car. After calling me 3 times and to tell me I'm all set. Never withhold information like that. I recurve no paperwork regarding my replacement part. Gave me a disgusting attitude when I inquired how they were going to address it, when i got to the store. Store manager mumbled answers to my questions as they walked away from me. Also scratches on my door they claim were already there and there's nothing they can do about it. Disgusting experience and I will never do business there again. Unprofessional and clearly untrained. She(manager) also stated that they did order a replacement and rudely said they will call me whenever the part came in and couldn't offer any sort of time frame. Super ghetto attitude. I couldn't be more unhappy. Thank you. Also, there is still glass inside my door. They didn't bother to finish the job and you can hear the glass when opening and closing the door.

Update: company is Still everything below and act like children and refuse to take responsibility. Pointless wasting my money on a lawyer and court fees just had my insurance fix there are many other reputable glass shops around please i beg you. Use them Avoid this place like covid. Not sure if every is as horrible as bridgeport location Had a crack in windshield from a Rock on highway. Insurance sent out safelite. Guy shows up to the job with another cracked windshield. Apparently they don't check the glass before loading to truck because "the plastic is still on it" so had to reschedule. Second glass they order had a scratch or something also They finally get good glass in I bring my car to shop they install windshield I get my car back and the Clear coat around windshield is peeling and the plastic cowl thing under windhsield installed wrong they put it under windshield instead of over Bring car back to show them so they can make it right. The manager instantly just starts throwing out every excuse of how there's no way they did it. First he explains there's absolutely no way we could of did that when installing windshield we use special tools. Clearly something happened so then he proceeds to another angle to not take responsibility and says oh that looks old. Doesn't that look old. No bro that wasn't there this morning before I dropped off car. He says we'll there's nothing I can do now I need to take your number. Takes my number weeks pass nothing I call and call finally my insurance adjuster got ahold of manager who said the same bull he did to me. There's no way we could of did it THEN WHO DID IT IT DOESNT JUST MAGICALLY PEEL ALL BY ITSELF They then tell me to call the managers training manager who told me he refuses to take responsibility because I am unable to talk to him like a princess and because I use curse words after fighting for a week trying to get this fixed. He is only denying responsibility because they don't like my attitude oh no. So sad. You still damaged my car regardless of what I say or how I say it so therefore should be paid. Will be taking them to court over this. Ridiculous horrible companyNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I just had one of the worst service experiences with the Safelite shop at the North ave. Bridgeport, Ct. I went in for a windshield replacement which was supposed to be 2-3 hours and it ended up a nightmare. It took 6 shop visits and two new windshields to resolve the issue. I spent a total of more than 20 hours waiting at their shop , not to mention the time to travel back and forth to their shop. The Bridgeport shop was incompetent in resolving the problem. Finally, they sent me to their North Haven, CT shop to resolve the issue. I wouldn’t send anyone to the Safelite Bridgeport shop .

Worst experience ever. Windshield was not installed properly and the recalibration of the cars system was not complete which caused the computer screen to black out while driving. (Also took 3 hours longer than stated time but that’s a small issue compared to almost crashing the car) I lost all cameras, air and screens. Had to drive 20mph to Volvo to have it all fixed and it cost an additional $600. When I called Safelite in distress the manager who knew NOTHING told me what they did wouldn’t have caused my obvious issues. She was rude, incompetent and lied. Offered zero help and denied any responsibility. The lack of care, concern and over all human decency was astonishing. Avoid this place at all costs - it’s not safe and the manager is an awful person.
