I came home from Florida to find my window smashed in at the CT Limo parking lot. My insurance company books only with safelite and there were NO appointments open for over a week. Bridgeport Auto Glass was able to get it done the next morning. No waiting, courteous, professional service, and the nicest people ever. I was in and out in under an hour. Really great shop. Top notch service from start to finish! They saved Christmas!! I was desperate after a branch took out my windshield right before Christmas. Absolutely horrible and inconvenient. Had an appt scheduled for 10 am she calls at 12 pm and says the drivers are in a Stamford they will be to me late afternoon. Because I had already cancelled my other appointment with Safelite I agreed. She calls after 5 stating there's traffic she doesn't think they're gonna make it 😡😳 I feel like she completely took advantage of the situation because she knew she was giving me a better price. Only $50 cheaper! I'm big on professionalism. I booked with safelite and got the services I paid for !

Great customer service on the phone and the guys who installed the windshield was just as nice and not to forget to mention there prices are very,very reasonable... I work for a car service and I needed to find another company to repair or swap out damaged windshields..I called several companies getting quotes besides being very expensive they also wouldn't be able to do the work for a week remember I work for an car service with that car being parked with a damaged windshield means lost revenue!!! I called Bridgeport Auto Glass and they had the windshield installed the next day and there price was $125 cheaper than the other companies I called...So if you have any issues with your windshield its definitely worth giving them a call

Bridgeport Auto Glass replaced the original front windshield on my 16 year old Jetta while I waited. Friendly, fast, professional, and affordable. They take pride in their work and it shows. What more can you ask, I would highly recommend Edit: They just replaced the windshield on my '17 GTI through insurance using their mobile service and again did excellent work. Was a bit hesitant due to rain sensor and complexity of windshield, but they were in and out in half an hour looking as good as new. Would now highly recommend

They replaced side window on my truck and that night when I wanted to unlock the door from outside it was jammed I called the next day they said to slammed the door several times that it was probably pieces of glass so I gave it try no luck went down to the shop a couple of days later and they started spraying wd 40 on the key cylinder the guy spent about 15 minutes just killing time he didn't want to take the door panel apart to check I told him something was not right and he responded nothing I can do I have to go to lunch and walked away.I decided to take the door panel off the next day and discover the glass track was not set properly it was jammed against the cylinder rod so fixed the problem myself.Very sad how a glass shop doesn't stand behind there workNegativeProfessionalismServicesAuto side window replacement
