Had my windshield replaced a few weeks ago. Everything seems great, EXCEPT the fact that my windshield side panel to my car flew off on the freeway follow my service because they clearly did not securely put it back in place. I have e-mailed support TWICE in the last two weeks with ZERO RESPONSE, and can’t even get through on the phone to talk with anyone! If this doesn’t get resolved, I will never use Safelite again. My Wife is getting her windshield replaced soon, but we certainly won’t be going to Safelite if they aren’t willing make this right, and replace my side windshield panel.NegativeQuality, Value

Mobile service replaced my windshield on 06/24 at my place of work. Hours later after my work day was over I got in my truck and started to drive home when I notice my windshield was cracked. By the time I got home the local shop was closed for the day so I scheduled a warranty online. 2 weeks later when the tech came out to replace the windshield I was told I clearly hit something and it wasn't covered under warranty. My warranty was approved hours after the windshield replacement, I noticed the break within minutes of being in my car on neighborhood streets, I never hit anything. I have been dealing with the corporate offices and warranty department since then and have been told 5 times to expect a phone call from upper management and still have never heard anything. Now its 07/22 and I have pieces of windshield coming off on my dash and pieces missing on the outside. Terrible experience, warranty doesn't exist. Looks like I get to pay for it twice...

Took my car here to have the rear windshield replaced after it shattered while on the highway. Originally scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon at my house. No one ever showed up, and when I called towards the end of the 5 hour arrival window, I was told that they could not get ahold of the tech scheduled for repair. On Monday, I called immediately after I got off of work (4:30), waited on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up as the shop was closed at this point. I received a call/ voicemail from the manager while at work Tuesday that my afternoon appointment THAT DAY was canceled due to the tech getting injured while enroute, even though I had never scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I told the manager what had happened, and he was extremely apologetic and stated that it is his first week on the job. He scheduled me for an appointment on Thursday at the shop (earliest availability they had). From then on, everything went fine, and they seem to have done a good job with the repair. Not to mention they took $100 off and installed the new wiper blade I had bought for no additional cost. Hope things are looking up with the new manager, but I can’t justify a 5 star review given the communication issues/wasting 5 hours of my time on Saturday.

Very sad and very disappointed with the lack of quality and professionalism. When I asked if they had issues with trim pieces breaking that "normaly" break they said that everything came out perfect and no parts were damaged. Upon pieces flying off after getting on the highway I discovered that this was in fact a blatant lie right to my face which they tried to cover up by glueing said pieces back on with window sealant. Don't recommend this store but to each their own.

First, the chat Representatives must be lazy tweens since you never get a chance to respond they disconnect you. 🤨 Then they brought out the wrong part window. 🤦🏻♂️😒🙄 The guy did a rush job. I understand it was Christmas Eve, but I hope the job was done with 100% quality and nothing happens to my back window when I'm driving fast. 😮 New update. I found broken glass scattered all over the outside on the garage floor all around my very expensive Michelin Tires. Installed by lazy Maxwell . I hope someone offers me a complimentary service bill. 🤨

We were in a car accident today from someone running a red light right in front of this location. I haven’t used their services, but the employees who work here deserve a five star shoutout for being caring humans. They asked if we were okay, brought water to us, and let us use the facilities while we waited for everything to be sorted out. This is a place I felt safe and comforted by good humans. I will be using them in the future and you should too. Thank you, guys!
