This review is only for the initial interaction, quote and scheduling with this company: They were amazing! I had just gotten off a 45 minute call with Safelite that didn’t end well. Safelite had me on hold for 15 minutes where I had to deal with an obnoxious bot, then when I finally got a hold of someone, they wouldn’t answer any simple question or give me an official quote until I gave them all my info and scheduled an appointment. Terrible experience. Safelife was trying to charge me almost $900 for a windshield on my Acadia Denali. They were trying to convince me that a recalibration was required and that they couldn’t legally fix the car windshield unless I pay for the +$300 recalibration that should happen on its own anyways. With Auto Glass Now, a woman picked up on the 3rd ring and was super kind. After a simple 1 minute conversation, she gave me a quote that was $300 cheaper and was able to answer all my questions. I haven’t gotten my windshield repaired yet but will write a separate review depending on tomorrows experience. Edit: I went in at 9:30am and was helped immediately. It took about an hour and a half for the work to be done. Maryanne, the general manager, is amazing and so kind. She answered every one of my questions. She helped 3-4 customers while I was there and showed them each the same kindness that she showed me. On top of that, she answer a dozen phone calls. She even went out and repaired one of the rock chips herself to ensure the customer was done in a timely manner. I was very please with the timing and quality of my windshield replacement and will for sure be back here in the future. Thank you!

This place replaced my windshield in April. I wished I inspected the windshield when they were done. There was a ton of damage done to my car. When I talked to one of the ladies she asked me to bring in my car. When I brought it in she acted car was older. Tried to blame the damage on me. When I told her my car was 2018 and I bought it in 2019 she had no other excuses. She offered to replace the cheapest part. My paint is damaged and will rust over time. The scratches are parallel to each other like a tool was used. A car tech even confirmed this. Plus the wires for my rear view mirror and my antenna were not put in correctly or just lazily put back. I now have to have this fixed. With the scratches on my car they tried to put the blame on me and wrote on my receipt. I thought they were talking about chips on my door. When I paid this wasn’t explained or shown to me. The plastic pieces that they broke under my windshield are the cheapest that needs to be fixed. The lady there tried to say that it happens over time. My car is not THAT old. Nothing else like this was giving me issues till I came here. They clearly didn’t care about the work. I am a single parent with one income. I now have to take my car in for more repairs. Costing me more money and time from work. Do not go here. I do not recommend them in any way.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield repair

Not my favorite experience. I had the windshield replaced on my 1996 Camry at Auto Glass Now on 2/14/25. I told myself to wait to leave a review until I took a few deep breaths and fixed everything that they broke. (I am not a mechanic. Thankfully I have 2 cars so I could drive another car while I fixed their mistakes.) After finally fixing it all, I still give 1 star. PROS: 1. It was cheap. 2. It was fast. 3. They had a tinted windshield other shops didn’t have. CONS: 1. When I dropped off my car, the exterior door handle on the driver’s side worked. (AKA It opened the door.) When I picked it up, it no longer worked. I had to go to the passenger side and reach over to open the driver’s side door to open it. Now, this normally wouldn’t be a big deal: It’s an old car with an aftermarket door handle... BUT neither the person who installed the windshield, nor the person I paid, said a WORD about it. They just gave me the keys when I came to pick up the car. I went and tried to open it to no avail. I had to take my door panel off when I got home and clip the handle again to make it work, an annoying task. Probably an hour of work. It has been a week and it hasn’t fallen off since. Again, not a big deal, I “can” fix that, but the fact nothing was spoken to me about that speaks volumes. I paid a professional to do this. Own up to it at the VERY least if you can’t fix it. 2. My car has some decorative chrome moldings around the windshield. When I came to pick up the car, there were huge gaps and bends in them. I asked the installer about it, but he told me “It was a really hard pain to get those moldings off, we had to bend them a little.” They looked like garbage. Huge chunks cut out and big giant gaps between them and the windshield. I ended up having to go to 2 junkyards to find replacements. THEN: Guess how easy it was to remove them? Pull a door gasket off and then remove 3 darn screws! 🙃 A very “hard pain” indeed…. 🙄 I thought I had paid professionals to do this and I had to clean up their mess? Probably another two hours of work including driving to junkyards. 3. There was no indication of any cleanup on the inside of the car after installation. Lots of dust and bits of gasket all around my shifting console and on the dash. I thought they might vacuum afterwards, make an effort? Negative. Another .5 hours of work. Overall, I learned my lesson. You get what you pay for. I’d go somewhere else. Unless you want to take the 2-3 hours to fix their mistakes.

Nate is so personable and easy to work with! He makes it painless to schedule appointments, which I really appreciate! We use them often for our work fleet, and it is extremely convenient to have them come to you to replace windshields, especially with the busy schedules of our employees. While they are working on a company vehicle, they will also get to someone's personal one while they are there. I would highly recommend them for both company vehicles and personal!

They seemed like okay people to work with but the quality of their work is pretty terrible. They left the inside of my dashboard dirty, left smudges of sealant on the inside, damaged the exterior molding and there are gaps all around the perimeter between the windshield and the exterior molding. I went to Auto Glass Now based off the number of positive reviews online but I now believe a lot of the good reviews are fake. They obviously don't care about the quality of their work or the property of others.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Carlos is a champ. I called around for estimates and found him cheaper and more convenient to work with than all the others for a windshield replacement. He is mobile, so did the repair right in my driveway. That was some time ago. Since then, the gasket/molding has recently started to get loose. When I phoned him to ask about follow-up work, he just asked what the issue was and when he could come fix it. When I suggested next day, he agreed. He fixed it quickly and conveniently, no charge, no paperwork. Strikes me as good, old-fashioned integrity - stands behind his work. 5 stars!
