They promote / act like they are our answer to broken glass. Nice Try. If you ask to many questions they fail off. When I worked my way thru your maze of Q&A / plus who calls me next. Waiting, Waiting, Waiting. One call does NOT do it at all Then when I asked if the tech coming would have the correct windshield. "I Don't know" was the answer. Ask them when they call you. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I had to take my car here a total of 5 visits and 1 visit to the dealership in order to get my windshield properly replaced. The 1st visit (when I took the car in originally to get the glass fixed), they weren’t able to calibrate the car. Instead of telling me this, they sent me home with the car (thinking I wouldn’t notice that all the sensors were disabled). When I brought the car back in, they were like “yeah we know, it didn’t work the first time” and they tried again. They weren’t able to complete the calibration for the 2nd time and advised me to take the car to the dealership. The dealership also wasn’t able to calibrate due to Safelite running the calibration improperly too many times that it locked the camera/sensors (also, I had to pay out of pocket for this at the dealership, Safelite said it will be weeks until they are able to reimburse me, I still not have received a payment or any updates from their invoice team whatsoever) When I took the car back to Safelite, I called in advance to let them know what my company advised based on what the dealership said, and they set up a time specifically when the store manager was available but when I showed up the next day at scheduled time, he was not there and instead of calling me know in advance, they inconveniently had me come in for no reason & just to tell me that he would call me the following Monday with an update on what they can do to help. The next time I brought the car in, they had a specialist take a look at it and still weren’t able to calibrate the car. The final time I brought the car they were able to complete calibration however they had to take my car to other place/location to do so (they did not communicate they were taking my car elsewhere in advance.) Lastly, a day after all is said and done, the car battery (less than a year old, I have the receipts) COMPLETELY DIED. Safelite of course takes zero responsibility although they ran this calibration several times with the car on (as they stated). The car battery is now at 10% and now needs to be replaced, since it is a newer battery and the only thing out of the ordinary is the multiple test that Safelite has ran on the car. Anyway, I would highly stay away from any company who is not transparent with you. It’s one thing to make a diagnostic and need more time to fix the issue but the lack of communication and lack of transparency is unprofessional and unacceptable as a business. As the customer, you deserve proper communication of what is going on with your vehicle at all times (if it’s going to transported to another location or is going to need to be ran for hours and there is chance your battery is going to completely die out, this should be communicated beforehand). I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience that I had here.

After initial frustration of not being able to get my questions answered online or by calling the initial install location (@Queen Creek)and escaping the automated scheduling loop, the guys at the Chandler location counter were great. I requested OEM glass (1 year old vehicle with special etching on windshield) and they helped me work through the process with my insurance company. I was heard, my questions were validated and answered promptly. Install was fast and installer (Steven) was professional. Juan G-R at Chandler- thank you for your understanding and helping resolve my concerns in a professional and timely fashion. These are my guys for future automotive glass needs.

This was the 2nd windshield replacement in a year on my Hyundai Ioniq 6. Both times, the shop has been very easy to work with through my insurance company. The work was scheduled promptly, work done extremely well including recalibration. I would highly recommend this shop. The only reason I did not give a 5-star review is the difficulty reaching the shop through the Safelite system. Be sure to get a direct line to them and you will have no issues at all.

My experience at Safelite/Chandler was great! I appreciated the ease in which I was able to schedule the appointment (online), and the communication and timeliness of technician (he texted to see if I was available for him to arrive much earlier than he was expected which worked out better for my schedule). His professionalism, knowledge and efficiency was outstanding. Great experience all around. *Matthew S was the technician that completed the repair. He was kind, positive and his communication of the process was clear and professional. He did a great job 👏🏼 Thank you.

5 Stars I had an excellent experience with Safelite Autoglass! I used their mobile service, which made everything super convenient—they came right to my home and took care of the windshield repair on my Tesla Model X quickly and professionally. Matt, the technician, was friendly, efficient, and did a flawless job. He was even able to add my other vehicle, at the last minute, which saved me a ton of time. The service was done on time, the pricing was exactly as expected, and the whole process was hassle-free. Highly recommend Safelite’s mobile service if you want top-notch work with maximum convenience!
