So excellent. From beginning to end the process for my windshield repair was easy, got a same day appt using their online appt scheduling, when I got there they were expecting me, immediately took my car in for repair and I was even given a discount I didn't know about which really tells me about their integrity. 100% would recommend this location. I don't think I was at the shop more than 20 minutes and the service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Safelite. It was an easy pleasure able experience and affordable.

A nightmare of an experience. We had to have a line of sight glass crack replaced before leaving town. Safelite didn't show up for the first appointment. On the rescheduled appointment, the moved the three-hour window twice and said they "might" be able to get to us by 6pm. I spent literal hours on the phone with too many agents to count. I was the worst customer experience ever. I started over with each agent I talked to. Within the company, there is no communication and no accountability. Worst experience ever.

I took my vehicle in to Safelite on March 13th for the rear glass replacement. During the repairs and removal of interior parts they caused nearly $5,000 of damage per 2 separate estimates from repair shops. I also tried to use the body shop that the manager Jason recommended but they refused to do the repair work or quote me on the price. Its been 2 weeks since I last heard from Jason the manager, and 5 months since the damages were caused. I'm left with no option but to escalate higher through Safelight corporate and share my experiences online to dissuade others from allowing their vehicles to be damaged, and then be ignored by the location. I need a resolution, and at the very least some communication or I will be forced to take the next steps. I am looking forward to someone from Safelite corporate contacting me to find an amicable resolution to this situation before the end of next week July 12th before I take the necessary next steps to be made whole by this failure to repair my vehicle, and failure to acknowledge the situation.

Between the two techs, neither thought to tuck my dashcam cables in the headliner, nor did they leave the oil change sticker from my old windshield. I had another set of keys in my truck, which they accidentally grabbed and took with them, then had to bring back to me. I was in the middle of a meeting at work, and they kept calling about bringing me those keys. For a process that should be easy and convenient, it was everything but. I won't be using Safelite again.

The technicians do good work and are all nice people. We meet 3. However, follow through if they show up with the wrong glass. Windshields are quick and easy... not so with other glass. If you don't receive a confirmation text, your appointment wasn't scheduled. Call them, because they are too busy to pay attention if they call back or not. And don't let a day go by or they send your glass back and have to reorder. It took 3 weeks of scheduling and coordinating to get the right glass here and put in our van. The wrong one was ordered at least 4 times, despite multiple photos. The manager couldn't remember what he said to me between Friday and Tuesday. Friday, he was apologizing profusely for the second time and he'll "get this done by Monday." Third time, he was making excuses again why the glass was so tricky to order, despite 2 technicians visiting and photographing, and despite my set of photos sent directly to his cell. They were always nice on the phone. But they are too disorganized to follow through with anything that isn't a quick order and install. And they schedule different installers everyday, so it's hard for them to followup. And except for one installer going out of his way, they would have pushed me off again and probably sent the glass back and I'd be waiting until next week for the wrong window again. We finally got our glass installed after 3 weeks. If you have anything besides a standard windshield, find a smaller shop that won't let you fall through the cracks.

Great service, fast and multiple locations. I have a Tesla and called a company before calling Safelite, they offered me service only available at a location far from my home and they needed my car to be there all day, i didn't like that. I checked my insurance recommendation and called Safelite. They offered me many locations, and some very close to my home, I asked how long they needed my car to be prepared and they said about 3 hours. That was a game changer. The appointment was easy, I asked for OEM part but I had to pay for the difference, they I opted for the regular replacement. They did a great job, on time and very professional. Definitely recommended
